   I'm a sad Panda.

I need a hug.

Today was another very difficult day for me. I stayed home from work yet again. It is now obvious to me that I can no longer working full time. I won't go into detail about it since it just makes me feel depressed. I really wish I didn't have this stupid painful disease. Rheumatoid Arthritis is a pain in the ass....actually, the entire body!

I did make it to a few sites today. Shin has a great thread started in the OB about Anime Expo that made me feel better. (Thank you Shin for making me think of something happy in my life!) I loved going to Anime Expo last year. I made a fairly big post about it on the OB. I will post some pictures for you guys!

Me (yes, that is actually me) going to the Anime Expo. The convention center is that big glass looking building behind me.

Koshi Rikudo, creator of Excel Saga, signing autographs at the con.

John and Miriam Sirois, the VA for Akane Tendo in Ranma 1/2, at the Viz Video Private Party. Viz Video actually rented out The House of Blues in Downtown Disney. We went with our friend Jay who writes for Newtype. We had a blast.

Me and Jay! It is so unfair, he got a free press pass for the con!! Of course I got to run around and do fun stuff, he had to work. :P

Richard Cox (VA of Ranma and Inu Yasha) and Miriam Sirois (Akane!) signing autographs at the con.

The best Spirited Away cosplayers I saw at the con!

For more pictures and stuff go to my website and click on the link to "Anime" and then go to Anime Expo. There I have a write up and a bunch of pictures.

Now for the question of the day!

Have you gone to an anime convention? Which ones have you gone too? If you haven't gone, do you want to go? What do you think would be, or has been, the highlight of going to a con?

For me it is meeting people I have met online. I love being able to meet my online friends and put faces and names together. There is just so much to do it is sometimes a bit overwhelming. The shopping, anime viewing rooms, panels, cosplayers....it definately keeps you busy!

Well, I appreciate everyones support and visits to my site. I promise when I am feeling more like my happy panda self I will make the rounds. I am also sorry for making this post so image heavy for all you with slower connections. ^^;;

Remember that no matter what terrible thing going on in your life there is always something great that is worth sticking through the bad time for. Don't ever give up, I'm not. ^_^

::huggles::
