   Bedtime Bear.

zzzzzz...


So very sleepy. Today was just one of those lazy summer days that you just want to stay in bed all day. It was raining on and off and it's all grey outside. Just a bit gloomy. John and I have been watching a video tape from Japan of a bunch of different shows and some anime. We are in the middle of watching Tonari no Totoro (My Neighbor Totoro) right now. It's really cute. Since it is from Japan, no subtitles so I translate for John. He loves the commercials they have on the tape. They really are pretty funny.

All and all, it has been a good day. Watching anime, napping, and for dinner we are having homemade curry. Yummy! Let's have a Bishie Break!

My question of the day is inspired by Tonari no Totoro. What is your favorite Miyazaki film? Is it My Neighbor Totoro? Castle in the Sky? Spirited Away? Princess Mononoke? Kiki's Delivery Service? Or is it one of his other works?

I would have to say that Sen to Chihiro no kamikakushi (Sprited Away) is my favorite. I just love all the different gods and spirits that frequent the bathhouse. The characters are so colorful I just love it. Sen is so cute too. ^_^
