   Stuck To My Katamari: Pain Medication

Current Mood: Stiff


So I totally jinxed myself. After my last post I ended up getting really sick. The following day Mary, the nurse for my Rheumatologist called to tell me my lab work came back looking bad. I guess my nutrophils are really low. Basically that means if I can't fight off infections and stuff. My left hand swelled up and I can barely type with that hand. I can only use my index and middle finger on that hand. My pinky is all puffy. Meh.

This is such a pain (literally) since I am still not done with my costumes yet. It looks like I might only get one done in time for AX. What a bummer. Oh well, no matter what I will have fun at AX.

I guess that is about it for this little update. Hope life is treating you kindly and all is groovy. Take care of yourselves and I will see you guys around! *hugs*

MiasmaMoon: Yeah, I am trying to get a Mei Chan (Full Metal Alchemist manga only character) costume done in time for AX. Hopefully I will have it done in time. ^_^

CosmicSailor: Money is tight for me too. Anime Expo is our big vacation every year. This year it may end up being our only one since we will probably drop a ton of money just in the gas to drive down to So. Cal!!

blackwings: I'm not the best seamstress but I have fun with my costumes....even when they are giving me grief like the one I am working on right now. I am sure the only reason I am having so much trouble is because I don't feel good. If only I were healthy!! LOL

naski: Anime Expo is in Anaheim, California. I should check into going to a mid west con. I know there are a couple of cons in the Chi town area but I can't think of them off the top of my head. If I remember I'll shoot you a PM. ^_^

KitsuneTsuki: Yeah, I've been in lurk mode for a while now. This last flare up of my arthritis has been a real doozy. I haven't been this sick for this long in quite a while. I hope I'm better soon. This being sick thing is, well, making me sick! LOL

Mamma: My costumes are on the back burner right now since my hand is all puffy. I swear, I need a fentanyl patch. One large enough to use as an entire blanket. :P

SunfallE: I tend to go into lurk mode when I feel bad. Someday I hope we can both meet up at a con. That would be so much fun!

Kev: I think, for being a "guy with an idea" you are brilliant! I'll stand in line with you anytime!

Aaryanna: There is a con, it's in Boise. If you decide to ever go to that one I'll see if I can crash at my cousin's house. I would love to met you someday. ^_^
