A long weekend just to hang out!

Lucky I am not afraid of heights!!

Finally made it to the long weekend. My boss is so cool. She let me leave work early to start the weekend! I don't have to go back to work until Tuesday! Woo Hoo! I am going to stay in all weekend and work on some drawings. ^_^

Last I checked my latest fan art was doing pretty good. I think the next one I am going to work on is going to be something a little more "old school". I hope I can get a lot of drawings done this weekend. Thanks to all of you who have left me such wonderful feedback. I love you all! ^_^

We are closing in on the end of the WTF?!? image contest so be sure to get your votes in. The votes for the images are running very close so your vote is very important. Your vote counts!! Vote today!! Just put "WTF ballot" in the subject line and tell me your member name, the number of the picture and name of the person who submitted it. Hurry and vote right now!!

I have seen this quiz on a bunch of different sites so I just had to get a warning label for myself. ^_^

You all have been warned! :P

Now on to the question of the day!

Are you afraid of heights? Are you willing to go rock climbing or sky diving? What is the most frightening "fear of heights" experience you have had?

For me, I am not afraid of heights. I love going flying, I love rock climbing and have no problem climbing up on the roof or whatever. My most fearful experience I have had dealing with heights was when I was rock climbing. I was climbing between two pillars. When I would look in front of me there was nothing except for empty space, behind me was nothing...and worse, below me was nothing. The rocks were to the right and left of me. I was probably 20 feet up and I freaked out. I looked down and couldn't move. John was belaying (holding the safety rope) for me and I think I didn't move from that spot for 10 minutes...which felt like hours. I couldn't finish the climb and had him lower me down. Just thinking about it gives me that sinking feeling in my stomach. Ugh.

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend. Be sure to check out my fan art, vote for your favorite image in the contest and most importantly....take it easy!! Have a fun this weekend!! Life it way too short to waste time being a stick in the mud. Love you all and I will see you all around!
