E t e r n i t y
In my town there is a huge mansion, every 10 year foolish thrill seeker venture in... Never to return. My names Alex Walker, my girl friend name is Erica Ivory, when I told her I was planning to go into Eterna Mansion she demanded to go with me. We argued but she won, which is how they usually went-_-... We knew the mansion was dark so we brought lots of flashlights and batteries, also food. As we walked closer to the mansion we both felt something stir inside ourselves. I shivered as I pushed open the door...There were candles everywhere so Erica used the lighter she always kept with her( I have no clue why she has one, she doesn't smoke o_O)to light them up.When she was done she smiled those smiles that always managed to make my knees go weak, and dragged me into another room. As we stepped in I felt something shatter apart inside myself , I sank to my knees, feeling weak and out of breath, along with Erica. She was the first to get up, she staggered to some more strange candles and set about lighting them. By the time she was done I had managed to stumble to an arm chair. All of a sudden there was a whine beside my right ear. I gave an undignified yelp and fell off the chair onto my butt. What had settled into my seat was a fox. Furry and silver furred, with shiny black fur on the tips of the muzzle, limbs, and tail. As I inched closer I noticed a crystal embedded in it's forehead. It jumped down and stared deeply into my eyes and I, with out meaning to reached out my hand and touched the jewel on it's head. Suddenly there were TWO bright flashes of light and as the after images had begun fade I noticed a weird stinging on the back of my left hand . For a moment I felt like someone else and was having sympathy pains. But as I looked at my hand I came back to my consiousness and felt searing pains in the back of that hand. I collapsed once again, but into darkness... When I awoke Erica was no where in sight,
I explored the rooms one after another, becoming mpre frantic with each empty room. I had flashes of what could have happened to her, mutilated, stabbing, strangled, and he shivered at the thought: r***. There was a scream in the attic above. He ran towards it with a mixture of fear and hope.." Erica!!??" I yelped as I saw her on a strange table, the last of her blood draining into a glowing pool of water. "ERICA!!!" I screamed and ran towards her, as I held her body in my arms I remembered all the memories we had made together.All the times he had felt at peace lying beside her just gazing at her beautiful face, when she'd cared for him when he'd had the flu, and there first kiss... He found himself in front of the pool, warmth flooded over him as he imagined himself in her arms. Tears flowed freely down his face as he plunged into the strange pool. ( Goodbye Erica, I love you... ) This was his last thought as he fell into the blessed darkness...
