For people who have trouble with juan!! i8n Emerald version of pokemon
- ok, juans first pokemon is luvdisc. very weak sp def, so KO him in one hit with tropius if you can, or use tbolt if you have taught to anyone like absol or delcatty, or even linoone.
- whiscash is next, so once again, hit him for 4X super effective with a grass move from tropius. watch out for ice beam, its 4X effective on tropius. you might want to lead with ninetales and w-o-w to quarter that eq's power.
-sealo is weak to electric, grass, rock, and fighting. try a solid tbolt from absol. even use blaziken's brick break or rock slide for a two hit KO. if he fails, move on to delcatty or linoone as a filler.
-crawdaunt is weak to electric, grass, fighting, and bug. again tbolt from absol if you can, and secondary resort to blaziken. delcatty can sing him which might be effective.
-kingdra = the best non-uber water pokemon of all time. only has weakness in dragon, and i doubt you taught anyone dragonbreath or dragon claw. now is the time to use belly drum on linoone and return/espeed him to death. w-o-w from ninetales for constant HP loss, or sing with delcatty to take him for a couple moves. DO NOT USE TROPIUS UNLESS YOU HAVE TO. blaziken could take him down to 50% with brute force.
in my opinion, your team gets run over by a mixed sweeper like salamence or tyranitar. also, a fighter tears through absol, linoone, and delcatty, and if it knows earthquake, blaziken and ninetales are in trouble. hitmonchan with eq, brick break, ice punch kills you. try catching a ludicolo ro replace delcatty. go catch bagon in meteor falls in the final area and raise him to lvl 50 for a salamence to replace tropius as your flyer. you do not need to fire types, as they do little for you in the RSE generation. here is my suggested team:
Blaizken
Tropius ---> Salamence
Ninetales ---> Ludicolo/Flygon/Armaldo/Cradily. I highly suggest either Armaldo or Cradily from the fossile you found. Armaldo makes a great attacker, while cradily provides annoyance with giga drain, ingrain, rock slide, substitute. i suggest cradily if you do not use medicham or aggron from below.
Absol ---> not half bad, could be your special attacker with faint attack, tbolt, flamethrower, ice beam. makes a better physical attacker with 130 base attack with return, rs, shadow ball, iron tail/aerial ace. you need a special attacker, so and a water type is needed if you do not use ludicolo. milotic is the best available, but is very rare and takes time to evolve, do not use sharpedo or crawdaunt. wailord is a nice tank with godly HP, and tentacruel is pretty powerful with high sp def. lanturn is the best full out sp attacker thats easily caught. confuse ray, tbolt, surf, ice beam = great moveset with ginormous HP.
Delcatty ---> Medicham or Aggron (you need a physical attacker, only use medicham if you catch him and his trait is pure power, which doubles attack. only use aggron with the trait rock-head, this way you can double-edge with no recoil)
Linoone ---> Dusclops (solid defensive wall both ways, has a large move pool. only keep linoone if you want him for the pick-up trait. he will do nothing in the elite four or the battle frontier)
