tuesday, still cold! we had ice on our cars for the past 3 days or so now. very odd for florida! refreshing though.
i am progressing in my studies, thankfully they are easy so far! i am finding it hard to get time to read, but i will get through it! sorry the post is so short, have a great day!
FRIDAY!!
YAY its Friday again. I get to sleep in tomorrow.
We are going to have freezing temps again. But we are lucky we don't get snow and the storms that go with it! I grew up in northern Michigan, we got a lot of snow and storms, so I know what I am missing! I did enjoy skiing and sledding, but alot of times it was too cold even for that.
OK people, I have to go, duty calls!

I am so tired!! I have been yawning allll day! It must be the weather. Or lack of sleep from doing homework. I have said before, I have to read a novel. I love to read, but have been unable to because I am busy with the baby, and this novel is getting challenging to complete! I hope the cliffs notes help me out a little!
It is going to be freezing -literally- here tonight. Us Floridians are not real used to the cold. It is going to be 20-30 in my area for 8 hours or more, as said on the news. FREEZING! At least we don't get all the snow. I feel bad for all who live with snowstorms!

OK it is Valentines Day. I got my daughter a card and a stuffed animal, she is very happy. I got my husband a (gulp) wallet. I know its not romantic, but he really needed a new one!
As you can tell, I went all out this year! hahaa
I am the kind of person who does not try to make big deals out of these days. My husband-even with all the commercials- always "forgets" birthdays, anniversaries, and Valentines day, so it is a good thing I dont want to make a big deal out of it!
I just can't see spending all the money "they" want you to spend! It is pretty ridiculous with all the commercials, "buy this and she'll love you!", and "if you dont spend all of your savings on a ring she will hate you forever!"
well, not exactly those words, but you get it, right?

OK so I havent updated for almost a week. Sorry! These online classes are kinda time consuming. I have to read a novel, (and I am reading it online because I am a recluse and hate going out) that is the biggest psrt of our assignments right now. I have chosen Uncle Toms Cabin from the list because it is the only one I have not read before. I figure if I am going to do this I may as well learn something new while I am at it. I am rethinking my choice because I do not have a whole lot of time to read with the baby. Most of the assignments I can do easily and understand, but reading AND comprehending while a baby is busy is kinda hard. I can do it though!
I cant believe how fast the week is going. I can't wait for the weekend though! I love the weekend because I don't have to get up early to get my daughter off to school. I have to get up when the baby wakes up, usually about 2 am and about 9 or so :-)
That means I get to sleep in...yay! And I am pretty sure Monday is a holiday, even better!
OK, so I am one of the many people who did not graduate high school, and I have regretted it ever since. I have recently started taking online classes to get my diploma......YAY........
So far it is easy, and I should do well, hopefully it doesn't get too hard!

Immunizations
OK I know not all of you have kids, but you all know about shots right? Well, they stink! I know they are good for the long run- but for the immediate they stink! They make you sick, have fevers, tired and unable to sleep because of the pain they leave you with. So, I guess you have figured out someone had shots today. That would be the baby, poor thing. They have enough crap to deal with on a normal day.
OK, change the subject.........
why can't I get my pictures to come up when I copy and paste them? I looked all over till I found a Chobits pic I liked, and I can't figure out how to get the darn thing to work right!
Thing that bugs me:

COLTS WIN!
YAY! The Colts won the SuperBowl! Go Dungy!Unfortunately I did not win the football pool. That is my favorite part of any game, when we bet and I win. ;-))
My weekend was pretty uneventful, and I like it that way. Tomorrow I have to take the baby to get his shots, not looking forward to that! He is 19lbs now at 4 months, he is so chubby!
My daughter passed her Florida Writes test on the first try. YAY for her! If you don't pass that you don't pass the year. You get 3 tries, but passing it the first time is better. I think its a dumb rule that you have to pass this thing to pass the grade, but I don't make up the rules.
Enough for today!

finally!
i finally have internet again! i had ordered the upgraded high speed, and of course it was not installed correctly. 3 days later i am back online. at least i get a month free for my aggravation.
big storms here last night! tornados even! i cant believe it. i stayed up most of the night watching the news to make sure it wasnt coming my way. we were lucky and got missed, unlike some other towns not real far from us.
superbowl sunday is upon us. i am not a football fan, but my friends are. that means that every game the neighborhood gets together for food drinks fun, and oh yeah football. if i have to pick a team, i will pick the colts. why? you ask, because dungy was the coach here for a long time and built the bucs to win the superbowl. so if i have to pick it would be the colts. i am looking forward to the food and drinks more than the game if you must know....
