So I got back just about an hour ago. I organized socks and disinfected my new cut. I was playing DDR for 3 hours, almost straight. The place where I was at had almost nobody there, so there was no line. A few times, some kids would watch me with their moms and dads, and they would have those surprised faces whenever I finished my song. They would have those faces that said "I don't want you around these types of people...With their straps and black pants and whatnot...*scootches children away*
Well, while playing DDR, before Shinji and AJ arrived I thought I'd try my new trick that I just learned on Break Down.In the very end, on Standard, the pattern is to step right and hold it, then step left on the last beat. Usually I'd just step, but recently, I've been slamming it down with my left knee. I tried it, out of random, but I think I scoot up too far. The stupid edge scraped my knee hard. To the point that I was not able to play that song again or work on my trick at all for the next week or so, or until it heals.
Well, I finally cleaned it up as I got home. I was out for a good 7 hours of the day. It hurt only for a bit, but it went numb after a bit. AJ brought by some band-aids to save me...It was bleeding everywhere >.< Stupid pad ripped my favorite pants too! Oh well. I'll mend them later.
So, I'm home now...Talking to Pocky online...tickle wars. I can't wait to see him. I hope he's able to come see me this Saturday. I'm hoping I can get to the next Rave Ninja meet. I'm hoping...everyone wish me luck with that
