Hey everyone! How was your Christmas? Mine was actually really good ^_^

I haven't really done much today so I nothing to say about that but yesterday was good.

It started at 6:57 AM though... This wouldn't have been so bad had I not been awake past 2:30 the night before. I knew it was going to happen though - my brother always does that.

Anyway, we opened presents and then I spent most of the morning working on setting up my new Tivo ^_^ It is finally now in full working order. Of course, it wasn't going to make it easy for me. For whatever reason, we now only have one working phone jack in the entire house and it happens to be in the basement. This wasn't originally a problem because we have all wireless phones working off of one jack. I found out during guided set up of Tivo though that it needed to use the phone jack for the initial download and then I could hook it up to the broadband adapter. So, we had to go to Rite Aid and buy 50 feet of telephone wire to run from the basement to my second floor room. Luckly, it worked and now Tivo can happily download using the broadband connection.

Anyway, that was my morning. At around 2 PM, we headed over to my grandmother's house where we just sort of watched TV (well I brought the laptop and went online, the rest watched TV) until dinner. Dinner, as I expected it to be, was great. Presents from my grandmother and aunt then followed dinner. Then, after a while, we went home.

So, that was basically my day yesterday. I'm sorry this got a bit long. I didn't realize it while I was typing. Anyway, thanks for reading and have a great day!

Time of post: 1:33 AM - Christmas!

Hey everyone. Merry Christmas! It's been quite a while since I've posted at this time. I figured since it's officially Christmas, why not.

Our traditional Christmas Eve dinner was good. We actually did it in the classic Italian way (I'm Italian for those of you who don't know) this year with only fish which was better than I thought because I'm not really a big fish person. It was good though.

Now, I'm just online talking to people. Tomorrow will be great though. We will have dinner at my grandmother's house and seeing as she is an amazing cook, it will be great as usual.

Anyway, that's really all for now. I hope you all have a great holiday and break (for those of you who are off)!

Time of post: 11:36 AM - Christmas Eve

Hey everyone! It's Christmas Eve ^_^ Yay!

It was great actually getting to sleep today. I actually woke up not feeling tired for a change.

So far, today has been pretty uneventful. That's to be expected though considering that I've only been up for an hour.

When I got up, a my brother's friend was here. Also, there are a couple of my mom's students that are here to help her bake today. Tonight, we'll be having our usual dinner so the baking is for desert. It really smells good ^_^

Hey everyone. I'm so happy that it's finally time for our break! Today was our last day ^_^

As expected, we did nothing at all today. I played DX-Ball and then we had an assembly and then left at 12:18 (half day!). My plays for later are Pizza Hut when my friend gets back from practice. Hopefully, we'll actually go this time, unlike last time when we had to stay home at the last minute.

Hey everyone. I tried to post from Web Page Design but we had a fire drill right in the middle of my post so I just decided to wait until I got home.

Today was as easy as I thought it would be. We had a quiz in Chemistry and a quiz in Web Page Design but both of them were extremely simple. And even better yet, we did nothing else today.

So now, only a half day left of school until I'm finally out for Christmas break. I can't wait until Saturday ^_^

And speaking of break, I might even be able to get to sites until I go back to school again. It will be the first time in a while, I know, and I'm sorry about that.

Hey everyone. I'm going to start this post with a small request. Over the last week, I've lost about 6 guestbook entries for no apparent reason - no comment, no PM, no message in the shoutbox, no email - nothing. I can't understand why people do this and I just ask that if you're going to delete your entry, could you at least tell me why? I'd be happy to try to fix whatever I did if I did something.

Anyway, now onto today. I had my US History test today. I was a lot more worried than I needed to be. I actually knew more or less everything on the test ^_^ I have a Latin test next period which I'm definitely worried about though. He expects us to be able to remember far too much information than we can. Oh well, I usually don't do too bad on them anyway.

Time of post: 10:16 AM - 5 days

Hey everyone. I'm really happy now! Let's start by explaining why.

First, I'm in Multimedia right now. And yes, the time does say 10:16 AM. It's because we have a half day! Yay! Here's what happened. It snowed last night and when we woke up, something was up with the water. At this point, the school has basically no water so we're staying for a half day to get credit for coming (so we don't have to make the day up). This couldn't have worked out better because I'm now not taking my two big tests today.

Other than that, seeing as only 3 other periods have gone by, nothing much has happened. On the other good side though, this is my second calss in a row with a sub so yay for more free periods!

Hey everyone. I've been working on my Chemistry project for a while today. I had to get some information on an element picked at random (mine was bromine) and then chose one of three different visuals to make. I could either bring in samples of things that my element is in, make a information pamphlet on my element, or make a model of my element. I chose the model which has taken a while and still isn't done.

Hey everyone. Today has been pretty good so far. It started out with going to get our Christmas tree. We found a place that grows them and let's us cut them down ourselves which was pretty fun (although it was cold).

Then, we went out for lunch to a diner which was good. After that, we came home and got started with the tree. Basically, we just took it inside and put it in the stand so far.

Next was decoration time. We just had to figure out how to plug everything in for the outside and put up the wreath.

Hey everyone. Once again, I'm posting from Multimedia. We're starting our individual game projects today but since I'm going to try to make Duck Hunt, I can't start. I need to find images but since all game sites are blocked, I can't get them from school.

I now have to do a storyboard for my project now though. Like I've said before, I hate storyboards. Oh well, it will get done quick.

This is also really my last full period today. We have a pep rally for most of 8th and all of 9th period. Now, usually this would sound good except our pep rallies consist of packing 600ish people into the bleachers and forcing us to watch some meaningless stuff for 45 minutes. It's hot and boring and we all just want to go home. I can't even say that it's better than working either because I don't have to work in Web Page Design...
