Current Projects:
These are some of the current anime projects I'm working on. You really should check some of them out:

Parikrama (working title):

A tale of swords and guns, of zeppelins and battleships, this anachronistic tale incorporates some of the best elements of storytelling into one grand epic.

The Empire of Duccius, long removed from the days of its glory, is now ruled by an incompetant ruler, who in reality is manipulated by the evil necromancer Tanhius, a cruel young man with evil powers. The people are ailing, the military, in effect, the true government. Corruption is rampant, poverty is everywhere, and hope is lost...

But as we stand on the brink, the forces of the Old World begin to move. A man named Greavus, formerly a captive of the Druids, as well as a legendary warrior, is brought under the servitude of a pirate(whom we shall name Yolanda, for now), and begins to feel love for her in his cold, black heart. But she has her own worries. As the last of the sea pirates, she is losing a war with her rivals, the new pirates of the skies, whose airships are increasingly becoming popular.

Meanwhile, in the military itself, a man named Duo Skye has been selected as a member of the elite 13th Regiment, known for dealing with enemies like an Italian chef to a tomato: Cut 'em and leave 'em in the sun to dry. As one of three new recruits, he is the only one who believes the ramblings of Carloman, who believes that the sacred duty of the regiment is failing due to the new, and apparently insane, leader of the Regiment, Kartino. It is then that the young prodigy begins to doubt the army, and soon, the Empire itself. How will his doubts affect him on the battlefield?

But a shadow looms in the east: The legendary mountain of the Sun, on which the peasants say that the gods live, is slowly blackened. But by what? An army is amassing under its shadow. In the land of Mitsugoku, on which lies that mountain, the Emperor Kanashimi had completed the task of uniting the kingdom ten years ago. Now he plans to unite the continent under his dominion. A man of morals and of justice, he is also imperialistic in his viewpoint... but how will his undercover study of the enemy lands affect his intent? As he prepares his army under the mountain of the Sun, he only thinks about what to do about Duccius, his target...

Collaborators include Orpheous, Kanji Senpai, KitsuGuy1111, NINETAILEDFOX91, and duoskye.

Saga:

In a vast epic, I tell a story that's more of a tribute to everything that's gone before. With multiple references to LOTR, Soul Calibur, Kill Bill, and even Star Wars, there's something in it for everyone.

The first part, Radiance, is a tale of Creation, explaining my new mythology for this alternate world. It has many beings, from the Archangels of Christianity, to the Numen of Roman Mythology, to the Kami of Japan. much of it is made of descriptions of the realms of Heaven, Hell, and Earth.

The second part, Rise to Power, is more Lord of the Ringsy. The character of Tristus Iodhisis starts out as a peasant, to the student of the greatest teachers, to the leader of a revolution, and eventually, the Emperor of a new Empire. With kingdoms as tributes to different aspects of history and culture, you can find the Samurai fighting next to dwarves, the warriors of Allah fighting with the Elves, or even a Roman-style battalion fight against a Chinese-style army. The story mostly tells of the legendary reign of Tristus, and the lives of his friends, who have become kings, lords, and emperors.

The third part, Resurrection, deals on a more personal level, as it is the main part of my story, and the way I like to show my true feelings through. Mostly it tells the story of Tristan Aodhan, the descendant of Tristus, as well as the lives of the other descendants of the Seven Great Ones (the leaders of the rebellion). Their world is now ruled by fascists, false theocracies, and often anarchy. Tristan and the other descendants attempt to overthrow these rulers and establish, once again, the benevolent kingships of old. But it is Lucifer himself that attempts to stop them...

The fourth and final part, Ragnarok, takes place in a somewhat post-apocalyptic world. The gods are long forgotten, and a ruthless fascist has taken over the entire world. A small order of warrior monks, the only ones that remember the old tales, fights against them, as well as a growing youth movement for freedom. The most anachronistic of all, featuring futuristic skyscrapers, to old-fashioned swords, to zeppelins.

I'm really working on this alone, but I have gotten some help from duoskye.

Shonen Village:

A Naruto RP on 1up.com, this RP is a few years old already. I love posting on these clubs.

The main Shonen Village RP takes place in a country across the sea from the Fire Country. Instead, it is the Village Hidden Under the Moon in the Void Country(we came up with this before we heard what the third Naruto movie was about). As the only country with both a Kage and a Daimyo, the country has seen some pretty ugly times, but now the elite ninja have gathered together and formed a great bond. In fact, the daimyo is both an ANBU captain and the leader of the Oniwabanshu, an organization more secret than even the ANBU, and is independant of any ruler. Currently, we have attended a tournament in the Sand Village, but forces under the control of Orochimaru have invaded the country while we were away... By the way, I'm the Daimyo.

However, at the other Shonen Village RP, entitled Vendetta, we take those same characters, and place them in a sorta futuristic world, where we're all into organized crime, and our businesses are less than noble. Think of it as a mix of Ghost in the Shell, Gungrave, and Kill Bill, with Naruto characters.

Anyways, that's all I'm really working on...other than school work ^_^

ALL RIGHT, HERE WE GO!!!! OTAKON DAY 2!!!!
That's right!!! Day 2 was bigger and better!! In fact, it was so big, I ran out of batteries on my camera!!!! HAHAHAHA!!!! But anyways, let the fun begin, as I shall take you through my August 5, 2006, OTAKON DAY 2!!!!! (This time, captions are at the bottom)

DAY 2: THE SHORT WAIT

Here's another BCC pic. Better quality. It was a hotter day in Baltimore, but thanks to my airy costume, and the fact that I could at least breath in that day's costume, I was ok...for a while...

IN PREPARATION...

At the Pratt St. Entrance, we encountered the feared Pocky Warrior!! Watch how she defeats Kanji with such ease!!!!

Now for the killing stroke!

Back at the Charles St. Lobby, we get into a few fights. Here's one with Seong-Mina.

And here's a battle with a rival Samurai clan.

Basically, it's like a Rock Lee+Spike Spiegel costume (^_^)
This guy is AWESOME!!!! BRUCE LEE FROM GAME OF DEATH!!!(Too bad he was the only one I saw...)

Read the sign carefully. I just love these sign costumes!!!

Here's me slaying the Generic Fantasy Soldier. That makes 20 killed by heroes...

This was the Amateur Voice Actor Panel. This made me want to go to Best Buy and buy a microphone...

I wish I had that parasol...

That's me doing some karaoke in the Otacafe. It's "Konya wa April Fool" from Ranma 1/2

LET US WORSHIP THE GREAT KING OF ALL COSMOS!!!!! *I AM NOT WORTHY!!!*

Here we go again!!! Another battle in the Video Game Hall, this time, with Tira!!!

SOOO MANY EDS!!!!

To limbo with Lord Vader... That was crazy. I know you may be saying "Wrong Con". However, there is a Star Wars Manga. Seriously!!!

DR. HOBO AND THE POSSUM PHONE!!!!!

He's MY neighbor Totoro!!! YAY!!!

Another fight broke out!!! This time, it's SAKURA VS. INO!!!!! FINALLY!!!!

That's the best Dark Link I saw all con! I love the touch on the Master Sword. It's not blue like the others!

Really good! The Naruto II Sasuke!

Brian? What are you doing here?!

Group picture guys!!! A group of Naruto cosplayers.

MASQUERADE!!!!!!!!

Sorry for the crappy-quality pictures. We came late to the 1st Mariner Arena, and had to sit towards the back :(

Here's a KHII skit. Amusing, but not eye-catching. :( sry.

Here's an Escaflowne skit. Very funny. "Oh, Lord Van!!!"

This was a really good KHII skit. Good costumes and acting. But it wasn't very original. Oh well ^_^

This was one of the best skits. It was visually stimulating, original, and had many good fights in it. Forgot the anime, though.

Now THIS was awesome! The Bleach musical!!!!

The Soul Society News, with Kisuke. "Thanks for being so...rude! HAHAHAHA!!!"

Poor Naruto's nightmare and the evil of 4Kids. "Naluto, Gala, and Sa-...Sasu-...Trevor!!"

A very nice CardCaptor Sakura skit. It's like a musical...

And that...was where my camera broke down :( However, the only other skit I can remember worth mentioning is "Street Fighter: Resurrection" with the music being "Crescendolls" by Daft Punk. It was by far the most exciting, due to its martial arts choreagraphy. (Characters were Ryu, Akuma, Chun-li, and Sakura).

And so ends my grand journey, from a ninja to a samurai. With no food to eat for two days, and living on a diet of pomegranate frappucinos and diet pepsis, I still felt that $60 was all worth it. Besides, check out my MERCH!!!!!

($5)A ROCK LEE KEYCHAIN!!!!

($?)Butterfly knives (My dad bought them)

($15)A kunai from Naruto! It's all black, too!

And my favorite...

($30???!!! THAT'S AWESOME!!!!)A SAMURAI SWORD SET!!! Wakizashi, Kodachi (I believe), and Katana.

See? It's real.

See you all next year... at OTAKON 2007!!!

OTAKON 2006!!!! DAY 1!!!!!
HAHAHAHA!!! That's right, kids!!! It's my blog of Otakon 2006!!! To tell the truth, most of this is cosplay stuff. But no matter!!! Here's the experience of one Otaku at OTAKON!!!!! (CAPTIONS ABOVE THE PICS)

THE BCC: WAITING IN LINE IS NOT COOL

Here's a pic of the Baltimore Convention Center.

These are a few pics of the Pratt St. Entrance. You can see the HUGE line formed there. That's where at-con registration was. Even though I pre-registered, I still had to wait in line with the other people in our group who had to pick theirs up.

Here are some pics of the line. Had some fun times there.

DANTE!!! ED!!! SHEIK!!!

It's my sis, Cami, Orpheous, KanjiSempai, and me, all waiting in line. I'm the ninja, btw.

Still waiting in line...

Rude and Tifa from FFVII:AC. They were the best ones I saw.

There's another Naruto!!!

WATCH OUT, SNAKE!!!

PANDAMONIUM!!!! THE PANDA MONK!!!!

SCOTT RAMSOOMAIR, CREATOR OF VGCATS!!!! AWESOME!!!! It was because of this man's comic that I became introduced to the world of WebComics! (btw, the badge says "I feel a great happiness come upon me!}

Mugen vs. Jin!!!!

AT THE RAVE

Man, the Otakurave was AWESOME!!!! First day was mainly glowstick skillz for us. Got some really good glowstickers there.

This guy could REALLY use a glowstick. He was almost like a musician, the way he used it!

And so ends the first day. I was tired, but it was worth it...but I did sleep at 2:00 AM and had to wake up at 6:00 the next day.

Finally... IT'S HERE!!!
After all the wait and suspense, I am pleased to announce...THE PHILIPPINES BLOG!!!! Just remember, most of the captions will be seen if you hover your cursor over the pictures.

Anyways, to begin with, there were a lot of dogs...

AND I MEAN A LOT!!!

So one day, me and my dad decide to go on a morning walk. I took some pictures of the town.

One of the many basketball hoops in the country.

A statue of an American soldier, I believe.

Here's the church we went to.
A look down the street, lookin' at some jeepneys.

Believe me, this is much safer than riding the bus to school.

There's another basketball hoop...

...and another...

And so another day, we were walking up this mountain, and at the top...
JESUS!!!!!

And the way down...

Another look down the street.

This is the house where we stayed.

THE MALL

Here's the ride to the mall, in a Jeepney.

One of the few traffic lights we saw.

Look guys! It's Sonic!!!

It's an in joke. You wouldn't get it.

Si Jollibee. Bida ang sarap!

Clean tables? OMG!!!!

Uh, miss? There's a pineapple in my burger...

Read closely, 'tis a funny thing, it is.

THE BEACH

The road was long and bumpy. Like a roller coaster without seatbelts.

To the beach...again...in a jeepney.

Actually on the beach...BORING.

THE MALL AGAIN???

Me getting pwned in Tekken 5: DR

ULTIMATE NERD!!!! ROY MUSTANG TOY, LIGHTSABER, AND MEGAMAN NT WARRIOR SWORD!!!

BEHOLD!!! The wonder of the Japanese Oreo Chocolate Pie!!!!

We discovered anime a little late in the trip. Here's violenthfsfan watching Saiyuki Reload in Tagalog.

ANOTHER TRIP TO THE MALL???!!!!!

Be an Acoustic Star from GMA at SM City Iloilo. Some really good artists there.

Our last look at SM City.

Hanging out with our cousins in Balabag. A lot of them are pros with a guitar. Really!

THE LAST DAY

This is usually what my meal in the Philippines was: Fried chicken seasoned in calamansi juice.

LATER, IN MANILA...

Waiting for 6 hours at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport is not fun:(

Midnight in Manila.

And so ends the grand trip...Sorry I couldn't get anything more...I didn't always have the camera!!!

BTW: Here's a preview of my Otakon costume, in its preliminary form:
SAMURAI!!!

So busy...
There is SO much I have to do before Otakon. I'm the one doing all the planning for my group, so I'm having a hard time contacting them all. I also have to resolve the issue of parking, which may or may not be a breeze. I'm also trying to finish the preparations on my costumes (they have to be ironed). I also have to finish the drawings of the characters of the voice actors who are going to be there (Sasuke, and Sakura, among others. Naruto's VA can't be there because of the problem of stoning...). Other than that, I have to finish my Philippines blog. In the meanwhile...

MARIO MADNESS!!!!!

LUIGI'S A MURDERER!!!!

What sad lives...

NOW MARIO'S A MURDERER!!!!

Another insane Japanese ad... CAN'T GET ENOUGH OF 'EM!!! ^_^

   In the meantime...
What is the "Ultimate Morality"? By what must acts be justified? Many people base their acts on religious texts, such as the Bible, the Qu'ran, or the Sutras of the Buddha. Others base their actions on the laws of the state or national government. Many actions are based on pure human instinct, driven by the will to survive, regardless of moral codes or religious responsibilities. Others just do something for no reason.

But as a society that [is meant to] promote the equality of human beings, as well as the need for self-preservation, what should we establish our deeeds on?

I believe that the human will is driven by two [possible] causes: Natural instinct, which is a human's reaction to events regardless of any social conditioning, and social restraint, which includes Religious and Government Laws. It is a combination of these two sources that create the natural morality that makes humankind, well, human.

One should act accordingly in order to preserve him/herself, as is the case of natural instinct, but one should also follow his/her duty (if any) to follow the laws of the state, if they are in agreement with one's religious responsibilities; Even then, one must follow the obligations of social restraint only if they are in agreement with the natural morality, which has been gained over the millenia by humans, as well as proto-humans, as a means of both preserving oneself and preserving the community, for without the influence of the community, or the community itself, the lonesome human would surely die in the wild. And that is what we must follow as the "Ultimate Morality": A mix of instinct, social restraint, and natural morality.

Any thoughts on my discourse?
