Heya all, and HAPPY NEW YEAR!
Hello all, as I am typing this, it is 12:00, january 1st, 2008, and happy new years all. As a new years teat, I'll give you an idea how I look. I am 6' 4", 195.4 pounds, dark brown hair, brown eyes, fairly muscular, and my qaurter Italian heritage shows very well, lol.

New years eve.
Hello all, and happy new year. May all your new years definetly be better then my old one, lol. Actually, I didn't have that bad of a year, I got on here, made new friends, made my new awesome best friend Uri, and got to meet a ton of great people and do very many amazing things, including my trip to Maine! WOOOOTTTTT! I didn't get to see a moose, though. *Sigh* Anyhow, happy new years all^^

Now then, about my fun weapons facts, I watch shows about the weapons and historical places ect, and remember it all on the spot. It drives my parents up the wall, because I could be an Aplus student right now if I wanted to, but I don't want to, lol.

And now, my fun weapons fact: About the barbary corsairs, they were a group of pirates who fought in, of course, the carribean, and many other palces when it suited them. They generally preffered to start out with one well armed fast ship, and build theirfleets from ships they captured, some famous pirates also known as barbary corsairs included, black beard, Red John, and some of the first women pirates of that time.

And now for some Russian weapons facts. Most Russian Weaponry and armor ect. were completly adapted to fighting in the cold, and as such, whenever someone else, who was not used to it, attacked them, they usually either failed to beat their armies, or got halted by the cold. A.k.a, Napoleon. Also, the Russians were major Pioneers in cold warfare, even in 1000 a.d. They specifically bred their horses to run better in the snow, designed hit and run tactics for cold warfare, and made weapons specifically for that kind of fighting. One of the most notable cases is in world war II, when they were fighting with Germany. The German advance was going quite well, but when the winter hit, the Germans were not prepared for it at all. The Russians, however, had their guns specially designed to work excellently in the cold, and their tanks and planes as well. Because of this fact, they were able to easily halt German advances into Russia, and forced them to withdraw. Some advancements of the mideval (Not sure if I spelled that right) age included that they new how to pad their armor, so that they could fight in any conditions and not be cold, they designed bows that would not grow brittle and break, and they even had ways to keep their horses warm. Basically, if you fought the Russians in a winter landscape, you were going to lose. Thus the end of another fun weapons fact^^

*Sigh* I feel really sorry for my dad as of yesterday, because he is so talented, yet he lacked the discipline when he was younger to do anything with it. He could have been a famous musician or wonderful artist now, but he isn't although he is amazingly good at it......Thats why my new years pledge is to stop being such an idiot about myself, and to just try harder at the things I want to do, because I finally realized, griping won't get me any where with what I want to do, but rolling up my sleeves, and just diving headlong into the work will.

   Greetings, fellow earthers
Heya all, sorry bout the long time replying, my parents put me on total and absolute compy lock down.....*Tear* Anyway, lol, I've been having a fairly good week, I just got new pens to ink my art, but now I think my art looks better in pencil, lol, only problem with pencil is it tend to fade and smudge. *Sigh* I'll try both ways, and see what I like, lol.

So, anyhow, time for another fun weapons fact! This time, the ballistae: Most people think the ballistae was invented by the Romans in roughly 100 a.d., but they are mistaken^^ The ballistae was actually made by the Chinese in the year 500 b.c. and they had trebuchets in 750 b.c. Also, the chinese arsenal included cannons, mass production plants, cannon, rockets, swords that even after being burried for 2000 years underground are still razor sharp, they even had a giant tower called the celestial tower, that worked like a giant computer, keeping time, telling the day and star positions, even what month and year it was! they also had the ability to forge giant towers of steel and iron, which is a challenge even today^^ also another hillarious fact: the secrets of gun powder were discovered while trying to find a way to eternal life^^

Lol, sorry for that little spout off of various facts, and now here is what was wrong with Leonardo's tank design: he engineered the cranks to spin in the same, (Or was it opposite....) Directions, so it wouldn't work. Historians are still debating wheter he did this because he was actually a pacifist, or if he didn't want spies coppying his plans.

Boy, I can drone on and on when it comes to historical weaponry, lol. But I suppose history IS my favorite lesson^^ So, anyhow, a very odd thing has been happening lately.... I notice that very many girls have been following me around and winking or smiling at me, so I am starting to wear cammo and darker clothing to dissapear into the shadows and lose all pursuers, lol.

Also, funny cat story: We have a cat, named Chase, who has to jump over our kitchens baby gate to get to his food. Well, one day, he misgauged, and landed flat on his face, and I laughed and said, "I respect most cats for their grace, and then there is Chase." He jumped up on my lap, onto the table, laid down on my drawing pad, and hissed at me......I don't think he cared for my comment, lol.

So, anyhow, lately, my days have been slightly, well, good....As in I don't suddenly get urges to jump out a 15 story up window.......Even my brother has been a tad bit bearable, lol. I was inking last night, and instead of grunting and shoving me into the table, which I usually kill him for, he actually asked me to move, lol. I suppose its he is either getting polite, or tired of being creamed by his little brother. His little, 4-inch-higher, 71 pound heavier brother^^ And for all of those curious, No, I am not gigantic, I am 6' 5" 195.4 pounds. My bro is just like 6' and 124 pounds, with a waist annerexic (dont think I spelled that right) women are envious of.

So, anyway, I think I am all out of posts for now, so on to questions.

I survived.
Hello all, and thank god, I survived Christmas, lol. All of you are probably going huh? right about now, so let me explain. every holiday, no matter what the holiday, it seems my house is thrown into complete and utter destruction and chaos, and needless to say, that is not exactly 'the joy of the season', lol.

So, anyhow, I have been drawing a ton trying to get better at my art, and my bro has been making me feel like crud even if I know he is kidding....So my last response kind of surprised him. Me: "Yes, I know my art is crap, its why I'm practicing to get better, so while I do that, could you kindly go step on a land mine or something?" Him: *Walks away* So, that little annoyed outburst got me a few hours peace from him, and a little bit of a talk from my father, lol.

Also, I got exactly precisely what I wanted for christmas, clothes, art supplies, and nothing else^^ My clothes are in my fav colors, dark blue, maroon, tiger stripe cammo, and black^^ *Yes, I'm a bugger, but I'm a peramilitary little bugger:)*

Also, it seems the only things I'm noticably good at, at least in my own self prejudiced eyes, are my dragons as of yet, lol. So, I have been working on my characters in all sorts of poses, and my dad says that I am getting alot better, and definetly doing more then he did at the start, and that is when I pointed out, yes, I am working very hard, but you are as naturally gifted as leonardo bloody da vinci, lol. He just said keep working, and you will get better, I believe him, after all, I only started like 6 or 7 months ago, what did I expect, to be perfectly copying the mona lisa?

And, as you can tell from the above, I read alot about Leonardo Da Vinci, and other renaissance scholars^^

Also, another fun weapon fact: The hand and a half sword was designed so that any part of it could be used as a weapon, I'm not just talking blade, I mean using it like a spear, and axe, or even a club, the club usage by grabbing its blade and beating someone with the handle. The downside of the sword, however, was that if you did not know what you were doing, you could easily cut your hand or arm off, lol. Thus ends another weapons fun fact.

Hello all
Heya all, and Merry Christmas!! I just got those pictures up, after the 48 hour wait period, so please go take a look^^ Anyhow, to guess my approximate drawings, it would be around 40 or so......

And now to explain the maverick. A maverick is a single shot, clip loaded gun, and it fires by sliding back the top, forget what its called right now, part. it usually fires around 40 cal. and it is a standard firearm for military and police, at least it used to be.

Ok, so, anyhow, lol, I'm really pysched for Christmas to come,mainly because I think my grandma sent me art supplies!!^^ Whats really funny is that I was almost out:)Also, and yes, I picked these out, my dad got me a marines pain is weakness leaving the body shirt, a pow shirt, a really awesome pair of tiger stripe cammo pants, and an ma1 flight jacket:D

So, currently I'm just sitting in front of the tv,and watching it as well as posting, lol. I have also decided to use framing as well as just free handing it to draw, and I think my results are pretty fair, lol.

Also, YES!!!!!!!!!!! My bro and I justgot Halo 2, and the day we got it we stayed up till 2 in the morning fragging each other and doing campaigns^^ also,I found out that sniper rifles are wicked weapons even at close range>:)

So, anyway, I hope to have more pics up soon, Merry Christmas, all!

Heya
Hello all, sorry I haven't been on or gotten to your sites, my parents had tons of days off in a row, and I thought I would go nuts, lol.

Anyway, I'm finally getting some of my artwork submitted, wooooot! So now you guys all get to know how bad I really am, lol, tips and advice are very very welcome on how to draw better^^

So, I have stopped playing D&D to help our star wars club get off the ground, and may just stick with star wars, its pretty fun^^

Anyhow, just going to answer you questions all, and in case I can't get on, have yourselves a merry little Christmas^^

Heyla
Ello all, I just noticed something rather amusing. When ever I try to draw, if I force ideas out of my head, it always comes out bad, but when I just draw whatever pops into my head it looks excellent.....At least to me, lol. So, anyhow, last night, I drew two pictures and showed em to my father, and he had a look on his face like "oh m gosh, he drew this?" when usually his expressions is eh its alright at best, lol. Oh, and to elaborate on question number one, I forgot to type "Judging by my personality, what do you think is the theme of my drawings?" Lol, so hope that clears it up, sorry to all confused, lol.

So, I just discovered that this may be the first year in history we wont have a treeO.O My parents usually set it up where m little sis' crib is, and there isn't room for it any where else.....So, yeah, we may just have presents and a little train on the table or something, how odd.....

Anyway, I just discrovered something that amuses me, in the fact that, I hate langauge studies, and to do what I plan to do, I'm going to need to learn like four langauges, among them spanish and japanese......So yes, I force myself into asituations I hate/enjoy alot, lol, its just the kind of nut I am.

So, anyhow, I just realized that for christmas, all I really want is clothes. I was thinking, "Gosh, I hope I don't get any toys or anything, I have no space for them at all, and don't really play with what I have." Then I thought, "Oh my god, no, I am not turning into an adult yet, dangitt!"

Hello all, being better at stealth then a wraith......
So, I'm currently sneaking on, I'll try to visit one or two of your sites, but won't have time to get to em all:( Anyhow, I have been drawing alot, and found out that my drawing helps me to be really really good at kanji! I wrote beautiful death in kanji by one of my pics, lol, don't ask why, I have no clue.......

So, a ludgar the warwolf trebuchet was a siege catapult built by henry the great of England to siege the Scotts in their castles, it was over 10 stories tall, and could sling a boulder over a mile with pretty fair accuracy for a catapult...god the middle ages were kick ass, lol.

I have currently been studying a TON of stuff about the middle ages, and have decided not only to be a sword smith, but an armorsmith, tanner, tailor, builder, and smith of normal things as well.basically if anything breaks in my home, I will be able to fix stitch build or repair it, lol.

Also, I got in 20 fights with my parents in a row, not pretty, in the last fight I was so annoyed that I just started cursing, this happened a bit ago, like 4 weeks, but I am still grounded for it, lol, and I found out something I am annoyed about. It seems my parents completely ignore my drawings.........I asked my father, "What do you think of this?" He said, "Its nice" Without even looking at the bloody page! I got like very very angry, but i just put on my completely false oh thanks smile and walked away........

I have also discovered lately that I am a fan of metal and rock music, lol, no clue why, I have added many Japanese rock and metal bands on to my list of bands I like, and currently am listening to one, lol.

Also, my bro has reached new highs of annoying....He has started talking to me as if I don't have a brain in my head because he is almost 18, and I swear to god, if he doesen't stop it, he won't make it to 18, and the scene will be something that crime scene investigators will talk about for centuries, dangit. So, remind me not to be holding something lethal when he starts talking to me, ok guys?

Also, before I forget, I am totally adicted to Miyuzaki's (Did I spell that right?) movies, some of my favorites are howl's moving castle, nasika of the valley of the wind, and spiritted away^^

Also, battle mechs are like, think of Gundams basically, except these don't have pilots, they think for themselves. and yes, they could easily rip off a door, and the entire front of your house.....lol.
