Hmmm...
Not much to say today- just felt the need to post.

I bruised my hand up last night at karate. We were doing our new board-break techniques which involves palm-heeling the board with the palm of the hand. Took me a few tries to break since I was using a much stronger board than usual...
I'm really hard on myself when I can't get a technique down just right... I usually end up forcing myself to train intensely for a long time afterwards. ...That just made my hand hurt a whole lot more. Lol! XD I'm pretty tolerant to pain though, so it doesn't matter really. :P

Another boring weekend. -_- I think I have the Superbowl to blame for that... Or maybe it's just the fact that it's February. February's always boring. *shrugs*

God, I hate football. -_-

Well? Like the new layout? It seemed kind of Valentines Day-ish to me- the reds and pinks... err pinkish orange...?
Akamaru and Kiba are so cute. ^^ They remind me of my brother and his dog. They're always together and my brother even looks a bit like Kiba. Lol!

Woah... I just had a wierd thought- KibaxSasuke. o.O Would that work...? Wow. Random.

Pwahaha.
What a boring week.

I am SO slacking off on my manga series. -_-' I need to get to work on that... I have a lot of good ideas for it, just not enough time/motivation with the tons of schoolwork my teachers have been dropping on meh. All of that work just makes me feel like doing ABSOLUTELY NOTHING.

I dyed my hair though. Orange! :D It's kind of awesome. :3 Now I can cosplay as Matsumoto or even Orihime. Yep. It's that kind of orange- Very bright. Very awesome. Lol! ^^

My Weekend Kind of Sucked...
-_- Yeah. Not such a good weekend for me. Saturday was fine. I had my karate class and everything went well. Today was just... BLAH! >_< I had planned to meet up at the mall with some of my online friends for the first time, but only one person showed up. I'm not sure if all of the snow we've had here had anything to do with it or if people just forgot, but it was a big let down to me. I just ended up leaving with my parents who happened to be fighting and screaming at one another on the car ride home...

At least there's enough snow to snowboard now. As soon as I got home I threw on my snow boots and grabbed my snowbaord. That made me feel better. :) I haven't gone snowboarding since last year, so I was surprised to see how my balance has improved. ^^
Also... I ordered an Akatsuki shirt online and it came in today. :D It's a little big, but I love it. ^_^
I got a call from my cousin in Kentucky. :D Turns out he's a big Naruto fan too, so we spent a lot of time discussing our favorite characters, funny moments and the over all story-line. :P I am SO glad that SOMEONE in my family other than me likes anime. I'm not the only wierdo now, mom and dad! HA! >:D

So I guess it ended up being an alright day after all... minus the whole mall thing... :/

I've officialy started sparring in my karate class this week. Damn, is it tiresome! O_O You have to wear a lot of padded gear which makes it very hard to move around in. It also makes you very warm and sweaty. I'm not really a girly-girl, but there's one thing that bothers me more than anything and that just happens to be the worst part of all... HELMET HAIR! >_< I am NOT looking forward to that tonight. -_-'

Well, a few people from my last post wanted to know where I'd get my contact lenses for my upcoming Hinata cosplay. There are actually a lot of good sites to get lenses from on the web. :) Some can be a little pricey, mostly ranging anywhere from $25-$180. I'll most likely be getting mine from here.
The Pearl White ones look Hinata-ish enough. :3 Did you see the Itachi ones? Awesome, no?

Sparkle Muffin! ^_____^
Hey! :D Everyone enjoy the long weekend? I actually had some free time to do an art request for someone. O_O (Go look at it in my portfolio!) I wish every weekend were a 3 day weekend. *sigh* It was great.
Oh! And I will be open for art trades AND requests for a while if anyone would like something. I won't be coloring anything though...

I've been trying to budget my money for the anime convention (Tekkoshocon) in April. I want to have some extra money to spend while there (at least $50) and I still have to buy some extra things for my Hinata cosplay- wig, contact lenses etc. I asked my mom if the actual costume part could be my birthday gift this year and she seemed alright with that. :) I'm kind of hoping that maybe possibly she might give me some extra money before the convention I guess. Lol! ^^

I am SO cold.

Hey! :D Good news: I'll finally be posting the first few pages of my manga sometime this weekend. I had planned to post it about a week or so ago, but when I inked the pages they turned out looking really crappy. :/ Sooo, I re-did them completely and instead of using ink, I just went over them with a mechanical pencil. (those things work wonders.) I'm getting excited about this now. :) I hope everyone likes it!

Well, aside from freezing, today has been a pretty decent day. I got to go out to lunch with my mummy! :D We went to a Chinese/Japanese buffet place. You know, I always think that the sushi looks so pretty, but I know that I don't like it- too fishy for me. I always end up trying a piece anyways... and then spitting it out into my napkin. X_x Yuck!

New Stuffs! :3
I changed my page! :D It's kind of simple, but I like it. I made the wallpaper myself. You can check it out in my portfolio if you like it. :)

I just found out that my French class is taking a 10 day trip to Quebec, Canada sometime this spring. I'm really excited and hope I'm able to go along. We'd be going by bus, so the issue of money isn't too much to worry about. It would take about 12 hours to get there, but I don't really mind that. ^^ I love traveling.

Hellz Yeah! XD
I did it! Testing is finally over and I'm proud to say that I have my green belt. Next week we start sparring. I finally get to kick some butt! XD

Also... my Xbox came in yesterday! I've waited soooo long to play all of those games that I got for Christmas. >_< I haven't started Assassin’s Creed yet, but Naruto is really REALLY good. I recommend it to anyone with an Xbox360. :D

InsaneAndroid, your comment made me smile so much! XD "my little ninja" HA! That's great.
A lot of people in my dojo end up going for a second degree black belt. It's a lot to live up to, so I'm trying my best to get there too. :)
Also, I will most definitely check out your new pic. I always love seeing your artwork. And don't worry about the fish on the kimono. It'll look awesome either way, I'm sure. Thanks again for agreeing to the trade! ^_^
