   FEAR MY SLANG!!!!! WOOOOOOOT!!!!




G'Day!

YAY!!! Last night was so much fun!! The Irish club was PACKED from all the people who walked in the parade during the day! They all must have gone there afterwards!! LOL!! ^^ Hope you all had a great day too!! ^^ Even if you didn't celebrate st patricks day! ^^

I thought in this post I'd let you guys in on some aussie slang that I use...I try to keep it to a minimum in posts and comments and things so no one gets confused...But lately I've been forgetting now and then... ^^' hehe...

g'day = hello
four'n'twenty = meat pie
sheila/chick = girl
squizz = have a look at something
uni = university
zanger = sandwich
snag = sausage
no worries = (has lots of meanings, depends on the context) same as no problem, forget about it, I can do it, Yes, I'll do it...that sort of stuff...
maccas = mcdonalds
greenie = environmentalist (I have no problem with them by the way...if they want to save the world one recyling bin at a time, be my guest!... ^^)
chuck a sickie = take the day off sick from work when you're perfectly healthy
brekkie = breakfast
barbie = barbecue (BBQ)
arvo = afternoon
she'll be right mate = same as no worries pretty much... ^^
yonks/yonkers = a long period of time
cheers = can mean thankyou or goodbye...depends on context... ^^

Yup, that's all I can think of right now...but if I say something and you're not too sure, just give me a bell and let me know! ^^ I'll be happy to explain it! ^^

Well I've made progress on my assignments!! (although I still have a long way to go! ^^' lol...) And I'm actaully feeling quite good about them for some reason! ^^ YAY!!

OMG!!! I feel like I've totally been slacking on my trades/requests!! I just haven't had time!! Sorry everyone!!! I'll get them done, please just be patient!! (I know some people have been SUPER patient!! Thanks so much for that!!!!) *hugs*

Trivia about me: All my fingers are double jointed.... ^^ HUZZAH!!!!!!! XDDDD (no wait...that wasn't really a huzzah moment...lol...BUT IT'S SO MUCH FUN TO SAY!!!!) XDDD
