Paint shop
I apologise for my absolute lack of wallpapers. I love creating banners and wallpaper, etc. (not that I have ANY graphic art-y talent wahtsoever), but my computer is only equipped with Paint shop. And I defy anyone to come up with a moderately interesting picture using paint, pencil and spray!
I've just submitted one, but it IS lousy, because Paint just isn't...up to the task!
