Tokyo Mew Mew review~~
well...not very interesting in particular to me. As compared to Sailormoon,SM is way better. well. most shoujo animes involving magic are soooooooooooooooooooo SM now,its SICKENING. eg. mermaid melody pitch pitch pitch,Tokyo Mew mew,and sometimes CCS and Fullmoon. grr. stupid transformations. so fancy...ewww... yucks...it puts me off.-_- at least fullmoon is fine..it doesnt have too much of the fancy transformation scenes. sheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh~
the only thing i liked about Tokyo mew mew are probably Mint's transformation and the opening song. hehe

Tanabata~
also known as the chinese Valentines day. Tanabata has a legend of a cowherd and a weaving maid. umm. bleah! i hate hassles. -_- but for hose who want to waste their time reading the legend,go ahead:

The weaving maid was a fairy from the heavens. One day , a piece of the cloth she weaved fell onto the Mortal world and she went down to retrieve it.
Upon reaching the Mortal world,she met cowherd. The two fell in love .The weaving maid settled down in the mortal world and bore a child for the cowherd,and they were living in happiness (whatever happiness is...-______-)
but one day the Jade Emperor(the ruler of the heavens) came to knew about this,and of course,he was furious.He then punished the both of them,seperating them from each other,never to see each other again.
(actually i forgot what happened,) but someone petitioned or did something similar and then the Jade emperor allowed the two lovers to meet each other,on July 7th of the lunar calender(which is TOMORROW). The cranes formed a bridge and the star-crossed lovers get on the bridge and meet up.

in general,Tanabata is a day in July 7th of the lunar calender when people pray for the love life to be as happy as the weaving maid and cowherd(or was it for everlasting love?). yea.

yeea. i watched that last night. itas soooooooo damn cool! but it's also kinda scary. the report focuses on past occurances in California. wow. message to those myOs living in california on hilltop-houses: be careful. the houses built on the hilltops might come crumbling down several meters. wow. tha's rather scary....*sigh*..yeayeayea...eerything because of trees and deforestation...well...that's nat geo for you!
