Hey Everyone!!!!

So what have ya'll been up to, no good I hope...lol. Been up to a lot actually. Saturday I finally went to my first club, I went to club Sixx finally since it was one of my friend's birthday, and he had been trying to get me to go for at least six months now.

Anime club started up again Friday we are going to be watching some interesting stuff this semester. Secret of Cerulean Sand, Mahou Sensei Negima, Midori Days, Abenobashi, Trinity Blood and more of Bleach. Also I've been playing around with some color and stuff for our club's mascot since soon we will be doing a t-shirt contest....I hope I can come up with a good design.

Last night I finally got around to learning how to rip audio off DVDs and got the commentary track for the last ep of DNAngel, come on Illich Guardolia and Greg Ayers....need I say more? Hopefully soon I will put up a soundboard of some of it. Next I will try to master full on DVD ripping.

Well that's all for now...see you on the otherside

Hey Everyone!!!!

Sorry for being out after making daily postings a bit of a habit. Not much new, just starting school tomorrow, I'm pretty happy about that. Unfortunatley it seems at the moment that the babysitting gig has fallen through unless I get a call in a while saying that I'm still needed...the things I do for money.

Finally finshed DNAngel the other day....pretty good. OMG I love the commentary for the last ep! Illich Guardolia and Greg Ayers....need I say more? Also I finally got around to seeing Waiting, in fact I saw it two days in a row. Really good...gotta love dirty humor...although I could have gone without having to see Luis Guzman's balls.

Well that's all for now...see you on the otherside

Hey Everyone!!!!

Not much going on today, hanging out with JH and my friend Julie. Suprisingly they are showing Firefly on Sci-Fi and we've been watching it again for a while...going back to watching soon just wanted to send out a very special shout-out to Darke Happy 19th!

Well that's all for now...see you on the otherside

Hey Everyone!!!!

Wow I've actually been posting....not that I really have much to say.

Let's see, today I hope to finally finish watching DNAngel, I have the last two DVDs (six eps) to watch, after that I'll probably try to get a few movies in probably some Ghiblis perhaps something out there.

I am a bit happy today...for you see yesterday I got the paperwork from McDonald's for my computer *if I didn't tell you before I won a computer from McDonald's on their Monopoly game, instant win even!* I'll just have to wait another 8 weeks or so for them to finally send it over here but FREE COMPUTER, I'm happy!

And yes I once again changed the background....what can I say....Jayne is great *although I love all the cast* and I thought the last background was a bit too busy.

Well that's all for now...see you on the otherside

CORN!!!

Hey Everyone!!!!

First off you have to check this out CORN!!!

No questioning it, watch it.

In other news....I've been trying to figure out the coding to make the left column fixed and the right scrollable....still not quite there. Yup...that was pretty much last night, and being asleep most of today. I did check out the latest feed from the AMVHELL board which is where I ran across CORN!!! and had to share.

And if you were wanting to see it, here are the lyrics to Ballad of Joss (Track 3)

Joss, the man they call Joss . . .

He wrote about spaceships and shepherds and whores,
Stood up to the networks and gave ‘em what for.
Fox cancelled his program, but that was their loss--
The creator of Firefly, the man they call Joss!

Our Joss saw the viewers’ hearts breakin’,
He heard the Browncoats’ lament,
He saw the Fox network takin’,
His show in a way that made no sense.
(He said) “You can’t do that to my program,
Can’t grind it under your heel.”
So he took all the cast,
And now at last,
They’ve landed a Big Damn Movie deal!

He wrote about spaceships and shepherds and whores,
Stood up to the networks and gave ‘em what for.
Fox cancelled his program, but that was their loss--
The creator of Firefly, the man they call Joss!

Now here is what separates Whedon,
From writers who slave in the core,
The man they call Joss,
Well, he said to Fox,
“I’m going where no show has gone before.”
He told us about reavers,
He told us about sin,
He took us to the black,
And we ain’t comin’ back,
‘till all those crazy Browncoats rise again!

He wrote about spaceships and shepherds and whores,
Stood up to the networks and gave ‘em what for.
Fox cancelled his program, but that was their loss--
The creator of Firefly, the man they call Joss!

Now, here is what separates Firefly
From other shows you’re likely to see—
It’s meaningful and witty,
And the setting’s really gritty,
And the theme song is about Serenity.
It’s a little like a western,
And a little like X-Files,
It’s better than Trek,
And funnier than Shrek,
And it beats out Andromeda by miles!

He wrote about spaceships and shepherds and whores,
Stood up to the networks and gave ‘em what for.
Fox cancelled his program, but that was their loss--
The creator of Firefly, the man they call Joss!

Well that's all for now...see you on the otherside

Hey Everyone!!!!

Ok, so first things first, I finally got around to doing a Serenity theme....kinda....bg, icon & song for right now. I might change it a bit more later though. I might go further with the transformation of my blog....maybe not.

I just got back not too long ago from the Uni. I went to go pay may tuition and buy a few of the books I need. I still need books for two more classes then I can relax a bit until I have to actually start school...and a babysitting job I agreed to. So yay, for once I won't be broke....for a little while at least.

So yesterday I finally finished watching Chrno Crusade....I cried...I love it.

That's about all I've been up to so hopefully I can get things together later.

Have a good one!

Happy New Year Everyone!!!!

So today after visiting a few of your sites I decided to do a few things a review post and a little quiz for absolutly no reason!

Review:

I started off the year with new toys External DVD burner & Adobe Premiere *elements* planned to make kick ass AMVs....I think I made a grand total of four AMVs this year. The one I started at the beginning of the year is still unfinished and I think that is how I'm going to leave it. The Gate *FMA AMV* was done for my sanity *whilst watching Excel Saga in one night* Sasuke Sucks and Let's Go Excel were both done just for fun and while I think my Excel video is better since Naruto is the more popular series it won at Realmscon ^_^. The last video that I did this year was actually a tribute/opening for AMV HELL 3:The Motion Picture *which if you haven't seen it yet you must!* this was made since I was commisioned by the anime club president, it turned out quite nice I think. There was one more but I don't count it...enough said about AMVs.

I bought tons of stuff on E-bay this year! From keychains to pocketwatches, forehead protectors and rings, even a Hiei plushie and anime pins. And I sometimes wonder why I never have any money, this is why, when I do finally get some money I'll go on E-bay and spend nearly all of it.

This spring is also when I had become very ill, even ended up in the hospital twice, we still aren't sure as to what it was, since I still do have fits of pain. Thank you again for all your support during this time. Thankfully though for the most part that is over. It really sucks how much that affected me in the long run, since because of it I had to withdraw from the University Spring semester, and it foiled my plans for my scholarship being renewed in the Fall....thankfully that was taken care of and I got it back in like November almost December and set in for next semester. It seems to me now that I've been asleep most of this year, I don't really remember doing much on days other than the weekend after my surgery. During this time Sasuke (my laptop) kinda got fried, I think that almost hurt me worse than the surgery, I didn't think I'd get him back with half the programs he had, he's good now, well as good as a Compaq can get.

This year I got tons of anime and manga. For as much time off as I had I'm suprised I still haven't seen but 3/5 of the anime I have. As for manga I've gone crazy, there was one point where at Half Price I was getting at least two books a week. I've slowed down these past few weeks, there are still like 5 or 6 manga that I have to actually sit down and read.

Finally I went to my first con, Realmscon, for my first it was good. I did end up working it and making a few good friends because of it. Mainly Ron became one of my best friends after that, and hangin out at his anime store is what I usually do on these weekends. Which is where I met Jordan, total cutie, really sweet, currently my boyfriend. We've been going out for two months now, and suprisingly this has been the longest relationship I've ever been in, I wonder how long it will last.

Stayed jobless for most of the year. Although I did telemarketing for a few weeks just enough to get tickets to see RAW! I now am not into wrestling as much as I used to be I have two people to blame that on Jordan and UPN, I blame Jordan *jokingly at least* since I've missed most of Raw for the past two months since I usually talking to him and don't want to be distracted by all the beautiful submissions and other skillful moves. I blame UPN since they moved Smackdown from Thursday to Fridays...boo! The WWE hasn't made me too happy either lately what's with firing guys like Akio and Shannon Moore and letting Tajiri and Christian go!

Ran into old friends mainly at the mall. Figured out that I usually find out a year later that I'm already have all these com. accounts. For instance last year I finally found out I had both an AMVs.org and a MyO! account. This year I found out I had a MySpace account.

Anyways other than that been sick a lot, survived the Fall semester barely, had to put up with a lot from family, tons of babysitting.

What a year! Hopefully in 2006 I won't have to worry about any sickness *right* I'll finally catch up on all the anime I could have been watching *in my dreams* and I don't know maybe I'll finally find my purpose.

Quiz for absolutly no reason at all:

Which of your friends on MyO! has changed their theme the most?

Have you changed your profile at all this year? If so what did you change or how many times did it change?

How many guestbook entries from this year, do you have that are one line or just begging to visit their site?

What is the last quiz result shown on your site? Is it from this year?

Out of your friends, is there anyone that hasn't posted in at least six months?

Last question I'm so bad I know, if you were to put a song that is about sex or at least has sexual undertones which would it be?

HAPPY NEW YEAR!

Hey Everyone!!!!

How's life treating you these days?
Christmas turned out better than expeted I got a lot more stuff than I expected I got some purple stuff for my car, the Taboo Tuesday DVD, GTA: San Andreas *undeited*, A KON PLUSHIE! Then the Yu Yu Hakusho wallscroll, and digital camera that I had already known about as well as the DVDs my dad bought me the day before Christmas Eve (Ready to Rumble and Spirited Away). I know I got a ton of stuff for being naughty this year!

Today has gone well. As a special extra Christmas present today my mom bought me Serenity, and yes I finally got to see it today, I LOVE IT!!!!!! I nearly was balling like a baby by the end. I must share Serenity and Firefly with everyone I know, they are both something that everyone should experience at least once in life.

Wondering what all the fuss over "Firefly" and "Serenity" is about?

Wonder no more. From the brilliant mind of Buffy & Angel creator Joss Whedon, Firefly is a universe that spans and re-interprets the genres of science fiction, the western, action and comedy. Full of humour, heart and hotness, once you've seen Firefly, you'll never look back.

In order to spread the word and thus keep the Firefly 'verse alive, fans have put together a Firefly sampler cd to give you a taste of just what this 'verse has to offer. The cd contains a small selection of episodes from the original TV series that you can play on your computer, as well as some other multimedia of interest.

The cd is free of charge, but comes along with the responsibility of copying it & passing it on to as many other interested parties as you can find.

If you'd like a copy of the Firefly sampler cd, please email your postal address to firefly@oscillating.net.

To find out more about how you can help distribute copies of the Firefly sampler cd, visit Firefly_share.

Hey Everyone!!!!

Sorry for not updating since Thanksgiving, and for the extremly long post today. Yes my family did give me hell, and I'm still kinda in it since yes, it is the holidays again :/

Update since then...well I did pass all my classes so YATTA!!!! I got every grade I could to pass, yes I got an 'A', 'B', 'C' and a 'D' but oh well next semseter is gonna be awesome!

Sad to say I haven't really been watching anything lately but I will say this for those who haven't seen it, ep 11 of FMP! Fumoffu (I'm going by the DVD #) is GREAT!!!! I actually love it 10X more than the Hot Springs ep! Which is saying a lot since I'm a Weberholic!

So Christmas is just days away, I've been naughty so I'm not really getting much....then again I already know what I'm getting since secrets don't really stay that for too long, I'm finally getting a digital camera and a Yu Yu Hakusho wallscroll....What have you been like this year, naughty or nice? What are some of the things you are hoping to or knowing you are gonna get this Christmas?

Well that's about it for me....just one more thing

After seeing the article with Anime Carols I thought I'd take a stab at it....this is the result:

To the tune of "Joy to the world" (If you really couldn't tell)

Joy to the world! My manga has come:
Let me crack the binding now.
Let me see what plot twist is next,
Just give me time to read,
Just give me time to read,
Oh please just give me this time to read!

It rules my world with text and stillframes,
And makes the nations prove
The glory of otakudom

I swear I'm almost done,
I swear I'm almost done,
I swear, I swear I'm almost done!

To the tune of "All I want for Christmas is my two front teeth"

Every body stops
and stares at me
These two boys are
Lovers as you can see
And I know just why
It's become a catastrophe!
But my one wish on Christmas Eve
is as plain as it can be!

All I want for Christmas
is my yaoi back,
my yaoi back,
see my two bishies!

Gee, if I could only
have my yaoi back,
then I could with you
"Merry Christmas."

To the tune of "I'm dreaming of a white Christmas"

I'm dreaming of an anime Christmas
Just like the ones in all the shows
Where the otaku eyes glisten
and beginners listen
to hear them say arigato

I'm dreaming of an anime Christmas
With every e-card that I write
May your days be merry and bright
and may all your specials be done right

Hey everyone!!!!

Hope you are having a really good day, because it's not looking too good here yet, but then again what do you expect with a family forced to be together, especially when everyone else in the family has a short fuse....I think I'll sneak out later. Let's see what's new with me....not much other than my inferiority complex growing and my paranoia levels sky rocketing...then again, I am with family.

Yesterday, I was at the Uni from like 2:30-10, 2:30-5ish me and our anime goddess/anime club president were hanging out watching One Piece and holding our room for anime club. 5:30-10 was usual anime club programming ^__^ I'm so lost on all the shows, I just go to hang out with everyone this semester. Afterwards we went to Denny's then hung out and played with like 50+ super bouncy balls.

Today: Got up early and am still in the process of cooking the Turkey...it's almost done thankfully.

Since it is thanksgiving here's a short list of what I'm thankful for:

1) Good, Great and Awesome friends
2) My two computers...and the fact that they both work well considering how much abuse they endure.
3) Anime, Manga, and AMVs

That's all for now....to those who celebrate Happy Thanksgiving, and for those that don't have a good day.
