   GOOD NEWS!!!

ALL RIGHT!!! XD YES!!! I'M SO HAPPY!!! Do you wanna know why I'm so happy? Do you? Alright!!! So, I woke up this morning, and (yesterday was the court hearing for my little brother's adoption [in Kenya, so different time zone]) my grandpa wakes me up and tells me that there's good news! As it turns out, we've finally gotten the certificate of urgency, and all that's basically left of the adoption is to get two papers (one is to show that Marcus is alright with us [home check] and the other to show that's he's been with us long enough for us to adopt him [which he has been]) That means that soon my mom, dad, and new little brother get to come back to CANADA!!! YIPEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!

Neutral mood...

OK, as you can see, I have no mood today, I'm not negative, not positive, just in the middle ^^ I've finally found a superior site for reading manga, www.onemanga.com. I highly recommend it.

Anyway, yesterday I finally got a haircut (yipee!!! *jumps around*) It doesn't even look that bad! XD Also, I went shopping for some clothes too, my brother took me, so he actually picked out these really cool leather boots for me ^^ Who'd have thought that my brother had such good tastes?!! XD

   4 day weekend starts... *counts down*... NOW!!! XD

YES!!! As you can see from my title, today is the beginning of out 4 DAY WEEKEND!!! XD School was OK today, it was assembly schedule since today's Rememberance Day for our troops from the past and present. We had assembly, where this one girl sang the national anthem, and we had a minute of silence for the troops who died in World War 2, and the troops who have died recently. It was very touching.

I just got around to working on my T-shirt design for the logo group, (I mean... working on it on the computer...) and I swear, the stinking computer is on crack! I mean, every five minutes, an error report would come up and shut the program down... I think I had to actually restart the stinking thing at least 3 or 4 times. The last time, I actually started crying, because I had been making so much progress, and it was all gone *sobs* TT_TT

Anyway, besides that, I'm glad I've got the actual program to work with (inkscape, it's a free computer program off of the internet... really nice) It actually doesn't pixelate, so it doesn't get foggy, and it's really easy to use too ^^ (something good for my foggy brain at least...)

My cousins and uncle are going hunting tomorrow morning, but since I don't know how to hunt, I stay home... oh well, I'm actually pretty happy, since I didn't really feel like waking up at 5 am to go jogging with a heavy gun through a bunch of tangled underbrush (don't I make it sound GOOD?!!!)

Today, my older cousin picked me and my other cousin up from school today, and had to wait in line at Tim Hortons for so long because of the sucky service there. Oh well, we got some good coffee. Then she took us to a book shop, where I got the book; "Confessions of an Ugly Stepsister", and my cousin got a book called; "Skinny Bitches" (sorry... unedited title ^^) It's basically the perfect uncut and unedited truth on how to lose weight, and one of the funniest things I've ever read! XD

   why am I always so tired?!!!

   SUGAR BUZZZZZZ!!!!

WOW!!! I'M SO HYPER!!! XD In foods class today, we made this dessert that was basically banana, melted chocolate chips, caramel sauce and marshmallows!!! AYIYIYIYIYIYIYIYI!!!! XD I've NEVER eaten that much chocolate at the same time in my LIFE!!! XD

Anyway... I don't have any homework, so that also makes me happy! Nothing else really happened today... wait, something else did happen! I'm in the logo design group for my school, so right now we're working on a T-shirt design for kids who don't skip school. Apparantly, the design is due this Friday, so we have until then to finish it. Today we were trying constructive critisism on the designs to work to out full potential, then voted for all of our top 2 logos. There was four designs total, and mine ranked third, since a lot of random girls came that day and voted for their friend. My teacher really liked it though, so I guess that's OK. He's going to be helping me with finishing it up, so wish me luck! What totally choked me up though is that that teacher keeps calling for more design group meetings, so I had to miss Youth For Christ today... I haven't had a free lunch period for so long... it totally sucks!

   ugh...

Well, for those of you who've read yesterday's post, the intro to this post is about my parent's court date...

Apparantly, there are no hearings for adoptions on Monday, only on FRIDAY!!! XP So that means we have to wait until Friday for the hearing instead of it happening right away TT_TT I hate waiting!!!

Anyway, school... was school today... I'm so exhausted right now. One good thing that happened was that my uncle (a hunter) got a deer today, so we're gonna be cutting it up soon, and making sausages, etc. Though it may not be a good thing since I'll most likely be involved in the cutting too TT_TT *gags*

A VERY GOOD thing is that this coming weekend... are you ready for this?... WE GET 4 DAYS OFF!!!! WAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!! XD Man, that makes me SO HAPPY!!! XD (in case you couldn't tell...)

   Wow...
Sorry it's taken so long for me to update... I know, Queen of Sheba's a bad girl... TT_TT but to make up for it, I've submitted a lot of new wallpapers that I've been making during my absence, so please check them out and comment! (when they finally upload...)

Anyway, I'm not too sure how late I've been in updating, but most recently we got a puppy, I went to a youth group last weekend, and this weekend I spent with my brother at my grandma and grandpa's. That's my extremely abridged version of it all. Honestly, if I were to fill you in on all of the stuff that's happening... you'd be here for a long time.

Anyway, as it turns out, tomorrow morning is the court date for my parents, concerning the adoption of my little brother. Hopefully, the judge will conclude the adoption in one hearing... we can only pray and hope *crosses fingers*

   The weekend...

To all of you who are reading this... SORRY!!! I've forgotten to post most of the week, and haven't visited nearly anyone, it was just a very hectic week for me. Starting with Social Studies, there was a project where we had to act out or portray a current issue of clashes of cultures, so me and some frieds did a skit like a news report. It was so funny and random, we had an awesome time.

On Friday, I went to a meeting at lunch for people interested in doing yearbook and logo design. I'm interested in both, and hope that the time table works for me, (since I live out in the middle of nowhere)

Friday night was youth group, so just before it started, my cousin drove me and my other cousins to Subway and DQ for supper. I went to subway because I had a cupon for a free sub, so I'm going through the line, and this guy taking my order was so funny ^^ After I gave him the cupon, I asked how much for a small pop, and he said; "Oh, you can just have on for free!" So I'm like; "ummm... why?" and he says; "oh... since you have a free sub, why not have a free pop!" So I got a free pop too!!! ^^ However, I asked for jalepenos AND hot sauce on my sub, seriously, it's the first time I've had a sandwich that was too hot, my mouth was just burning.

At the youth group, we all brought $5 and went to the dollar store to buy Christmas presents for kids all over the world ^^ After we packaged them, we watched a bunch of old movies on mute, and had people up in front doing improv and filling in the scripts with their own thoughts. It was so funny ^^

After youth group, me and my cousins went to the youth pastors house and watched "the Protector" DANG! That was AWESOME!!! XD We got back home around 1:30 am, and I read until about 2:30 am. Unfortunately, I forgot that today was also work day for our other youth group. So my aunty and uncle woke us up around 9 am, and we had to leave to do manuel labor TT_TT I'm so tired, but right as I type, my aunty is making pizza for a pizza party tonight (we worked from around 9:30 am till 5 pm TT_TT)

   concerning dreams...

Today was school, just like normal, and so's the rest of the day.

Something happened yesterday night though ^^... me and my cousin share the same room, so that night she said I was sleep-talking like a maniac. Then, sometime during the night, I must have been having a really crazy dream, because I kicked all of my blankets of, like OFF!!! I couldn't believe it. So I woke up around 6:15 because I was getting cold, and I was trying to find my blankets, so I'm groping around on the floor, and I start pulling the blankets and I hear this clinking noise... apparantly, I was dreaming so crazy that I also ripped the cloth on the bed-side table off that holds the sterio, lamp, my books, etc. Amazingly, it didn't even wake me up!!! o.O

My Answers

1. I always have dreams in this dark celtic castle, it all starts in this great big main room that has black stone walls, and it's carpeted with thick red velvet. I go through a door, and explore the castle.

2. Most of my nightmares take place in the country where I used to live before I moved to Kenya. So it's like twilight, and I'm walking down this gravel road, on my right is a forest, and on my left is an open field. As I walk down, I look into the trees, and there's so much tangled undergrowth that I can't see very far, but I do see these frozen hands sticking out of heaps of snow, and hot blood is seeping under the snow, and pooling on the road and melting the snow. I always keep having this nightmare, there's more, but that's the freakiest part.
