I decided to make a myspace because alot of camp peoples have one. cant put much details about it up here cuz im on the go (bed).
but last night, i had a really bad bloody nose, i used up 3 rolls of toilet paper, and it was gushing out real fast out of BOTH nostrils. i went to the emergency room and they put an IV in my hand but they didnt even use it. my mom was pissed that the hemotologist (blood doctor) didnt give me any Humate-P (a factor med. i use for my bleeding disorder to help clot and stop my bleeding).
I have a bleeding disorder called vonWillebrands Disease, that means my blood does not clot normally, so i basically bleed alot. i dont bleed faster than normal, i bleed longer. vWd, Hemophilia, and other blood disorders is what my camp is based off of and thats why it is so special to me.
you can ask questions if you want, i am more than happy to be an advocate for Hemophilia.
