 Rules of...
I personally think this one looks nicer, but it sounds harsher. I tried to make the two evil. >:D;; I'm so weird.
This sounds harsh too! But it's BLUE, people! Anyways, let's go over the good and bad, okay?
King Edward:
Luckily, he only has four rules on his, so let's go over them.
1st rule
Good: I would love to serve under him all my life. Dunno about you.
Bad: To the people who don't like it, you'll serve under him for LIFE!! xD
2nd Rule
Good: I don't think you'll want to do that (automail, people, AUTOMAIL), so you should be safe.
Bad: If you do, let's just say it's gonna be... a... tiny bit more than a nightmare. ^-^;;;
3rd Rule
Good: If he likes you, you're okay.
Bad: You better hope you're not a person he doesn't like.
4th Rule
Good: You get your fair share in everything!
Bad: You might... er... lose something... precious. x_x;
King Roy:
He has more rules, just 6. So let's go over them.
1st rule
Good: Roy never ACTUALLY gave anything cruel as an order, right?
Bad: Er, this is fear for the girls. MINISKIRTS!!! O_O;;
2nd rule
Good: I don't think I'll want to fight in a war, so i guess there's no good... except you're fighting for honor? ^_^;
Bad: YOU DIE.
3rd rule
Good: You'll feel great about it BEFORE you die.
Bad: You'll feel bad about it RIGHT BEFORE you die.
4th rule
Good: No... fire crisis? ^^'
Bad: Plainly, and simply-- it's just not fair. Or fun. We got to play fire sometimes...
5th rule
Good: BE BRAVE!!
Bad: You die.
6th rule
Good: If someone tells you to take drugs, you say "NO!" because you serve under Roy only!! xD;; And, he might just give you mercy!
Bad: ......... Er......... that won't be fun, now would it?

Laws of Equivalent Trade
There's an explaination for this, but first, please tell me how... dictionary-ish I was. I tried, I really did!! T_T
Okay, I downloaded most of the 1st OST for Hagaren, and one of my favorites is Equivalent Exchange. It's neat, and somewhat gives you an understanding between alchemy and life itself, SOOO...
Well, anyway, me, being bored an' all, decided to a caption thingy for myself, for all to enjoy! You can make your own if you want, but I have absoloutley nothing better to do. Don't take any of this seriously.

Roy: *thinking* Ugh, I never get my fair share. It's that stupid bird that does all the problems on my window, so why should I clean up his mess?

Wee-hee!

My photo editing program! It's what I use to make what I make! I thought it was kinda stupid first, but then I found myself getting attached to it. Winry's so pretty in that screenshot, ne?

Ed didn't know what to get

Okay, I'm bored as 'ell and I decided to pass the time by writing THIS!

“I’m surprised you didn’t get anything for anybody right now, Fullmetal,” Mustang organized his papers into a neat stack. Many papers, at that. “You need to get something for your brother. He’s getting something for you, ne?”
“Shut up. I don’t know what to get him yet.” Roy got used to Edward’s smart remarks. The Fullmetal Alchemist shifted his position, obviously showing he was uncomfortable. Roy couldn’t help but scoff, seeing his subordinate was struggling with the new chair.
“It’s almost Christmas.”
“Y’think I don’t know that? Come to think of it, I need to get you a present. Dammit. I hate you.”
“I feel loved.”
“Don’t get used to it.”
Roy mentally rolled his eyes. “Fullmetal. You don’t really have to get me anything.” Roy smirked. “I’ll get you something, though. It’s just not a present.”
“Touch me, I’ll kill you. Simple, right?”
“You took out the fun of it. How about I just say, ‘I love you?’”
“I hate you.”
“Glad to know you love me too. In speaking, I’ll just talk to your brother to what you like. Sound good?”
Edward stared, and then started to ponder. “I guess so. Just don’t try any moves.”
“Why would I? I-“
“You only get to say you love me once a day. Now get outta my face before I throw a fit.”
“But, Fullmetal, you already have.”
“LEAVE ME ALONE!”
Roy smirked, and strode to the door. He had to admit; it was fun picking on the braided blonde. He just couldn’t help himself. But, Edward was more important than any woman he ever met. “Merry Christmas, Fullmetal.”
A long silence.
Roy heard a soft mumble.
“Right back at you.”
Roy smiled, and started to close the door behind him. Only an inch away from the door being completely shut, he opened it back up slightly and poked out his head.
“Oh, by the way, glad you enjoyed the hot chocolate I made. The milk was wonderful, ne?”
Ed slowly turned around.
“YOU--! I’M GONNA KILL YOU!”
Before the small alchemist reached the door, Roy already, in quick motion, shut the door and locked it, and walked a bit faster than usual toward the exit.
“OPEN THE DOOR, TAISA! OPEN THE DOOR!”

Winry: *opens door* The colonel came by me screaming "the aliens are coming." What's going on.
Ed: No clue. He just came in while I'm wrapping his present. *ties on the bow*

Winry: We're almost done with the Christmas tree!
Ed: Good for you.
Winry: Shuttup. So, did you wrap them all?
Al: *finally finished* YES!! WE DID!!
Winry: Um... all right.
Havoc: *looks outside* LOOK!! SOMETHING'S OVER THAT BUILDING!
Ed, Al, Winry, Roy, etc.: *look outside*
*big, giant, airship, blasts the building just like Independence Day*
Ed: Lemme guess, after this, Day After Tomorrow?
Winry: If you say that, that just might happen.
Ed: ... So, now that over a couple hundred people were destroyed, wanna make thew cake?
Al: Sure thing! *walks away*
