i always thought this would be the peeeeeerfect opening or ending to anywhere can be if it was an animated series. ^ ^ very hopeful and joyous!

FINALLY i am preeeeeeeezed to say i have all entries judged and even some of the prizes starting to be sketched! i'm so happy with the pictures i had sent in. ; ; i like my comfy amount of entries!

soooooooooooooooo a'for i make the actual announcements, i will not tolerate PMs or comments with angry messages and sore losing, even though no one techinically loses in this contest! those people who are being all pissy about not getting the place they wanted will not get any of the prizes offered to the place they got. so NO PISSING.

and just because i am still very busy with the thank you picture, i leave comic tay to discuss the winners and why they won! but since she's me, she talks a lot, so don't expect reeeeeally short explanations. > >;;






and as i said, i will note the winners about (maybe even with?) their prizes soon! happy memorial day, ducklings!

which is, surprisingly, a song i like by her. my friend and i agreed i like it because it's sort of soft-pop. but still, it's the only song i like by fergie. :> i liked it when she was a part of the black-eyed peas and not making solo tours. blerk!

MKIE! i am pleased to fiiiiiiiiiinally announce the end of the contest. i appreciate all the wonderful entries sent in by you people! ^ ^ they brought joy to my wittle heart. i will be finishing the thank you picture soon; it's a DOOZY!

umm...so i'm going to try having them all judged by tomorrow afternoon at the latest. i actually have the first-placer ready, but i'll save the announcement. JPRHFPZTMRNGVSK it's HAAAAAAAAAAARD to choooose!!! ;O; it's a good thing i'm going to be able to sketch every person <3 phew! i'm going to like doing that. they were all fantabulous entries that i'm very happy to have gotten. X3 i'm so very smar--erk, narcississt momemt. sorry. i don't want to be like simca! ; ;

so yeah! contest done, entries to be judged, i'm getting ready for a-kon. is AAAAAAAAAAANYONE going? you should. just for the heck of it. get a ticket to texas and stay at my house! er...the parents would dislike that, but it was a little thought. currently listening: phantom of the opera by ...self-explanatory
i love the phantom of the opera. ^ ^ my all-time favourite play. did i tell y'all that i got to meet david gaschen, who portrayed the phantom over 1300 times in plays? he's really nice. :3

soooo now i'm a little more depressed. i have 6 weeks to show mum i can take care of a kitty baybee and i'll get it...but one of the kitties died because it was too small...; ; i was going to pick that one so i could be a good mummy to its little self. le sigh. but i'll pick another one. mum said there's always a runt in the litter and to not feel bad, because it's in a better place...I'M STILL FEELING BAD THOUGHHHHHHHHH! ;O;

in other news, i want kh2:fm+ REAALLLLYYY bad right now. i mean, seriously, NOW. i'm THEES close to going on amazon or ebay and buying the japanese version and a japanese dictionary! >:OOOOO i'm on a kingdom hearts hype; i've been trying to beat it again and again and i've even started over the first game. i'm looking at all the kh:wigtbc (whatever it's going to be called) i can get my fingers around and ohhhhh~! -swoon- i'm also drawing fanart. but not to be uploaded anytime soon fanart. just mine. <3 alongside my air gear arts i plan to show no ones because they look reeeeeally bad. :>

so i'm going to zoom off and play kingdom hearts the rest of the night. then have some fettucinni alfredo! :9 num num~! ....maybe i'll study for exams too. i only have one left and then i'm done for this school year!!!!!!!!!!!! yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey!!!!!!! i'm happy again.

no, nevermind. ; ; i like school...NO NEVERMIND NEVERMIND! i get to go to a-kon for all the days it's there! ^ ^ 'cos it's just a short drive away in dallas~ and i get to meet scott ramsoomair, the snafu guys, the explosm guys, and shirotsuki! :OOOOOOOOOOOOOO maybe aaron romo might be there toooo! ^ ^ it's going to be fuuuun!

but anyways, i'm happy again. well, so-so. i just hope you all are doing great and excited for summer. ^ ^

HOKAY. i've gotten complaints and whines that people have wanted to participate in the contest, but my deadline is tomorrow at exactly midnight.

now, seeing as how it's the end of may, meaning that the end of school draws nearer by the moment, i have found out the limit of my stress. i don't want to pressure you all when you have finals, exams, projects, and so on. so i'll extend the deadline for the FINAL time to one week from now, may 25, same day potc3 comes out! just try to PM it to me in a link format (preferably imageshack.us link) before then and tell your friends they can still submit a sketch if they want, it doesn't matter.

i thank you guys who've already turned in your entries, and i'm so sorry that you have to wait. ; ;

but seriously, if this was a term paper...doood most you all'd be in deeeep curry. X3 sho we be nice and give you all some more slack. just DON'T whiiiiiiiiiiiiine to me anymore about THIS due date being soon, because it's been what, 3 months since i started? GOOD GOD. you guys are purdy durn slow, ya know??

maybe next contest will be bigger, i donno.

currently listening: book of days by enya
ahh, it's been a while since i've taken a good amount of time to listen to enya. <3 if you STIIIILLLL haven't checked her music out, do so! it is fantastic.

i have been stomped on by my work! i need to finish a powerpoint for mr seidel by tomorrow with my artwork in it so he can put it in and introduction to the choir concert sometime next week! long sentence! then i have 3 end of the year projects to do. one math, one english, and one science. luckily my science teacher, mrs beimer, is letting us work in class. phew! but i still have to read the prince and the pauper and the killer angels. and i have to do a history review which'll take a LOOOONG time. then i have to do more independent study pictures and clean the house for our garage sale on saturday. not to mention all my manga pages, trades i must work on, and exams i have to study for. ; ; how i can handle all this and MORE is beyond me.

i want to draw air gear fanart sooooo baaaaaaaad. ;O; i started the manga series the other day! funny, cool, kinda perverted, but i love the overall concept! i don't like simca or ringo though. simca is a stupid little NARC and ringo is OVERLY possessive! it bugs me to no end! i still like mikan, ume, emiri, rika, and so forth, though. then i LOOOVE akito X3 he is the cutest character eveeeerrr!! he was one of the reasons i started reading air gear. ; ; so now i ship ikkiakito, ikkikazu, sanokazu, kazuagito, wanijimaakito, wanijimaagito, spitfirenue, and spitfiresano. YEY!

i told y'all about the incident at the art event on saturday, yes? ...yeah, i think i put a summarized version in my 'home again (f)' picture. the (f) stands for finished, by the by. :) hopefully soon i'll get my medal, because that GROUP of stupid ladies didn't order them medals when they were supposed to!! >:F i want to glorify myself! but mr seidel has been telling my story everywhere he goes practically, even in the club meeting today. 9 9; i feel so embarrased! but happily embarrased.

oh, my science teacher's kitty cat is going to have kittie baybees! ^ ^ she's starting contractions, so we're expecting kittie baybees soon. i gave her a slip with my email and phone number on it for adoption information. even though my parents would not really like a little kittie baybee...i'll find a way to get them to melt. X3 and when i get pictures i'll show you guys right away! they're supposed to be little gray tabbies. hopefully they won't have a genetic FAT deficiency like my cats. > >;; i want an easy to pick up kitten along with milly and abby. ^ ^ 'cos i still love my kitties.

oh, PS: i was checking my old notes and pictures while looking for pictures and get this: eshe's original name was supposed to be taina. WEIRD, right? and my first sketch of her was in june of 2006. XD that is WEIIIIIIIIIRD.

PSPS: CONTEST END IN 10 DAYS AND COUNTING! if you are not going to be able to make that deadline, either note me or comment ASAP with a SURE answer. anyone who gives me "oh i can't make it" at the last day will be...NOT LIKED. they will NOT get a sketch nor a spot in the manga, NOR will they get a happy message back from me! i HATE last minute changes, it PISSES. ME. OFF. so tell me a head of time and i'll be happy. ^ ^

i donno why i used to hate norah jones <3 i love her jazz music..

...i just pressed a random combination of buttons on accident, and my computer went to the log on screen. weeeeeeeeeeeeeiiiiiiiiird, dood. i thought it was going to shut down on me.

but i'm happy and sad. ^ ^ ; ; just as i should be at...that time of the month...HACKHACK. > >;

it stopped raining! so house may still have a chance of not being cancelled!!!! ;O; that made my day as bright as a spring flower on its first day of bloom.

but then i read an article on my yahoo! page. it said left-handed women may have a shorter life span. ; ; that made me cry. i know it may be environmental causes or genetic problems, but that still scares the HELL out of me! i dun wanna die prematurely. ; ;;;;; it said a lot of them get cancer. so that made my day bad. buuut dr. basso (a left-handed woman) said, and i quote, "I doubt that my left hand is prematurely pulling me toward my grave."

<3 she's my hero now.

if house comes on, all will be forgiven, though. :E i will be happy, and i will make house t-shirts. did i tell y'all that yet? well, i want to make a line of t-shirts with house quotes on them. like, "it's never lupus." or "what would house do?" or "my uncle's a giant turtle." yeah. ^ ^ it should be fun.

PS: i tried a more cartoony style of sketching today. :) it's less anime-ish, but still cartoony. it's fun!

currently listening: weasel stomping day by weird al
this song is sadistically hilarious. ^ ^; i love it so much; so catchy! except all the crushing weasel sounds scare the crap out of me. o o but weird al's got another classic har. yey!

umm...i've gotten over the house thing, because i think they're having a rerun on...monday night after 24. hopefully it won't rain then. ._.

either way, i woke up in a good mood and i've had a good mood all day. <3 i woke up and took a nice, long shower, then went in the toy room and played kingdom hearts 2 and kirby airride for a few hours. i love them games! ^ ^ then i came downstairs and watched recordings of bones, csi, csi: ny, medium, and close to home. did anyone catch that csi? if you did, wasn't it WEIRD?!

*SPOILER*
after 4 what-could-have-been lethal attacks, the guy just falls out of a lawn chair and drowns faster than normal because of that puncture wound in his throat from the arrow. e.e;; talk about anticlimatic! i mean, i thought the crossbow arrow would do it, but that actually helped him! geez, louise, he just wouldn't die!!

then i came in here and started to work. ; ; i haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaate working against my will.

i like this song <3 it was cool whenever it was on criminal minds! though the way it was used was....sad...; ;...

BUT NOW I'M MAD. you know, i really hate the fort worth weather service and i HATE tornadoes. they can fall in a large hole for all i care. if we AREN'T having tornadoes or hail or whatever in fairview, but they are in lake worth, then DON'T give our town the DAMNED CRAP about it.

and why tuesdays??! why in god's name does it ALWAYS have to be tuesdays?!! and you know what? it's always during house. ALWAYS during house. NOT american idol or any other show. they HAVE to cut off the last half of house whenever there's a storm. the news has THEIR OWN FREAKING time slot right after!! so why not be patient like mommy told you to and WAIT TILL YOUR OWN SHOW. GOOD GOD.

i'm so mad. for the past 3 weeks they've been CUTTING OFF HOUSE in our area to give us news that doesn't affect us at all! i hate it SO much. so i'm just going to vent so anger won't build up.

...but i'm at least a bit happier at the fact that shirotsuki posted her arts on dA. that always cheers me up.

did you know that shimomura put all her effort in the roxas-oriented songs? because they're so conflictual and sad and blegh. ; ; that must be why i love roxas' theme. EEEEEEK i have the urge to go steal kh2fm+ from japan and learn japanese. YUS.

aaaanyways, i had a big, fat, horrendous, grouling rant prepared aimed toward all us otaku members...but i figured, what the hell. i have enough rants, and it's not really my business; let them figure out things on their own. most people here are older than me anyways, so they should be wiser. although people have expected me to be in my late teens - early 20s...GOOD GOD, PEOPLE. well, i have had no childhood, quite frankly, because i matured very fast. =v= so i guess that's why.

AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAND i'm not going to be updating frequently er whatever because i'm very busy. i have commanders to design, plots to write, mangas to draw, and jrVASE entry to work on. so not a lot can be done here on the o! i will stop by every now and then for they next week or so to comment and put up a picture (if the computer will cooperate..)

i have another surprise for you all too! but it won't be coming for another good week and a half, that is, if i have time to dedicate to it. JUST ENJOY THE SURPRISES YOU ALREADY HAVE BEEN GIVEN IN THE PREVIOUS JOURNAL POST. and then the contest information you'd like is in the post a'for that.
