End of Break
My winter break ends after this weekend. I start the new semester on Tuesday. Oh fun >_<
This time again I have 5 classes, Algebra and CGT 116 on Mondays and Wednesdays, and CGT 111, English 104, and CGT 112 on Tuesdays and Thursdays. This schedule I think will be a bit stressful though...but only because I have Algebra at 8am. I really don't function on a math type level well that early in the morning...It also means I'll have to start going to sleep earlier again. Damn.

I've been working on some sketches but nothing really special. Though I do have a picture I'm working on in Photoshop currently, that I haven't uploaded the pencil-art for.....if anyone wants a little sneak peek, click here: http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v283/Ranefea/arindoPreview.jpg .

In other news, I had a doctor's appointment Thursday. He said I should be fine, and that the kidney stones(yes stones, I thought there was just one, but he informed me there were several small ones o.O ) should pass soon. But the even better news is that he prescribed me more vicoden ^^

E.R. (Not the show)
This morning I woke around 6:30 to have a sharp pain in my lower right abdomen. Soon after, it got worse, and I began vomiting as well. The pain was so bad I was crying. My mom took me to the Emergency room, and luckily it wasn't crowded at all so I was admitted immediately. I'll spare everyone the details, but after numerous tests, it turned out to be a kidney stone, and that caused an infection, which caused the immense pain. I'm on 3 medications for about a week or more, an antibiotic, a pain killer, and something for the nausea. My doctor said that the stone was probably caused by a period of dehydration.
The nurses and doctors who took care of me were all very nice though ^^

Anyway, after that 'fun' experience, I came home, and ate, since the meds that put me on there made my appetite return, and passed out.

*sigh* And all I wanted to do today was roleplay -_-

In other news, I have one more week off until the spring semester starts. Lets hope I can keep my grades up. I currently have a 3.75 out of 4.0 GPA ^^

I have a few drawings to submit, but I've been too distracted by other things to scan them ^^; I'll try to do that in the next few days.

   ~Fall Semester Grades~
Ok...I just checked my grades on Purdue's website for this past semester. I PASSED ALL MY CLASSES!!!
Of course I got A's in all 3 of my Computer Graphics classes, and I passed Algebra with an "S" (that class was graded on the satisfactory/unsatisfactory scale)
and here's the best part...I passed Japanese with a "B"!!!!! the one class I was sure I was failing!!! A "B"!!!! *dances*
Well, lets hope I do this well next semester, too. I'll be taking 3 more CGT classes, the next math up, (which again is not worth any credit hours >_< ) and an English class. Though my english class I'm trying it where I only go once a week, and the other class for the week is online. If that works out well for me then I may take more classes like that in the future.

In other news, I have 3 drawings that I need to scan. I've just been too busy/lazy to do it ^^;

Am I talking about the fruit or the animal? ah...no matter.

Anyway, finals are finally over and done with. I took my math final yesterday. I'm pretty worried about how I did though. I know I had to have gotten a lot of points off, and I HAVE to get a 70 to pass the exam. Here's the catch. I have a good grade in that class. But no matter what someone's grade is, if the final exam is failed, then you fail the class.

As most of you have probably noticed, I started submitting stuff again, after like a month. Finally I have the time to draw again!!!!!
I have started to work on colouring this http://www.deviantart.com/view/23292881/ again. *sigh*...I started months ago, but I've been too busy to work on it until now.

Its cold. Very cold. The furnace is messed up, so we have to wait until my dad gets home later to fix it...which could be very very late. Ugh...I hate the cold. I hate snow. *hides in a blanket and waits for spring* Those of you who live where it's 70 degrees F in the winter really don't know how lucky you are.

Well, thats about it I guess.

Oh yeah, If anyone noticed, I changed my layout again. Of course, its still Hotohori. I love this background pic, It's always been one of my favourites. The text...yes...it is light purple, and the links are pink. Why? because they go with the layout I chose. Normally I would do a green or a blue, but those don't go well with what I'm doing here ^^;

So Close...
The end of the semester is so close!! Finals are next week...But of course, I tried not getting sick until everything was over...but...things don't really turn out all too well dor me sometimes...*now has a really bad cold*
So I'm currently working on my final project for my photoshop class. I needed a break, so I decided to check up on my messages and whatnot. I SHOULD be in math class right now, but I didn't see a point in going to today's class, since it'll just be review and I've aced the past few quizzes and tests. I do have to go this evening to Japanese class to finish my final exam in there. It's not looking so great. As much as I tried, I can't seem to retain much of the vocab and grammer. (at least I can read it quite well, whether I understand it or not...) Luckily the test is multiple choice, so when I couldn't figure out what the whole sentence was, I was just able to pick the option that sounded the best ^^; Lets hope that works out...
I've been loaded with projects and homework, for what seems like forever. It's nice to have that weight lifted off my shoulders. Though next semester may be just as stressful...
*stretches* Well, once every thing is done and over with, I'll have a month off so I'll be able to draw what I want, when I want again...for that time at least. Maybe I'll even be able to finish colouring that picture of Sasuke...
Well, I've gotta continue on my project.

The Mystic Applesauce Saga part VIII
How can it be part VIII if there were no parts I-VII? Ah, no matter.

Anyway, I'm quite loaded with projects for school. I have my "idea log" due monday, (luckily I've finished the minimum requirements for it, but I'll probably add more to it.) I have my storyboard for my university brochure to do, a colour and filter transformation project, due in a week from monday, and I have to have a progress page for my website project due...well...I don't remember when Its soon though.

I have the first page sketch done of the FFVIII impromanga/doujinshi with shardival(deviantart) I'm hoping to finish at least that, if not the second page as well soon.

I'm pretty confident that my group and I in my Japanese class completely and totally failed our test Thursday, what with considering we only got 2 real answers out of 5 down, and the third a bullshit answer just to get something down on the paper. *sighs*

Well anyway, at least I'm passing my math class. Joy. (though I have an exam in there Tuseday, and I'm nowhere near completing the 8 worksheets and take-home exam they've given us....)

Just...Stuff...
Yeah, so it's once again been proven to me that my art is not supported in my house unless its going to make money...

I haven't drawn all too much lately, I've been busy with stuff for school, and my free time has been spent playing Windwaker again.
I did draw a picture of Yuna for WH Angel on SheezyArt, but I can't find it >.> I think that means I need to organize my room a bit, eh? Considerng papers and such are lying scattered everywhere...

Also I was randomly propositioned to do a Final Fantasy VIII impromanga/ doujinshi with Shardival on deviantART, and I decided to give it a try. So you guys may see the first page or two of that soon. Thanks to my time restraints it will probably just be an ink and pencil thing though.

I need to get started on my project for my CGT 141 class. I have to build a small site, of about 8 or 9 pages or so, maybe more, using all the xhtml stuff we've learned over the semester. We get to do it on absolutely ANYTHING we want to as well. So yeah...I know what I'm doing...I'm sure most of you can guess what kind of site it will be too, heh ^^;

Nothing important, they were just really old pictures that I did forever ago, that were mostly practice, where I pretty much copied the screencap or manga frame or whatever. They sucked anyway, so its not like it matters. At least some of my newer stuff is worth looking at.

Quick Update ;P
Well I figure I should do a quick update.
I've been working on some more Fushigi Yuugi fanart. I finished the picture of Tomite I was working on, and I'm about halfway through with a group picture. So far it has Takiko, Namame, Hikitsu, and I'll probably add Hatsui as well. I'd add Inami except...from what I've gathered about her from her recent appearence in chapters 15/16, I'm not really liking her all too much.
I kind of want to draw a picture of Haagasu soon as well.
