Haku's poem
I wrote a poem describing my favorite Naruto character, Haku. No flamers please, here goes:

I'm sorry father, I didn't know my own strengh,
I should not have done what I did.
I'm sorry mother, I could never be
Your precious, NORMAL kid.
I apoligize to all of you
Whom I had no choice but to kill.
I truely belive that it is all for the best,
To take lives by that one person's will.
Forgive me, please, Zabuza sir,
For failing like a fool
Now, I'm worthless as a weapon,
I am just... a broken tool.

*sniff* I love Haku, he was so innocent... WHY DID HE HAVE TO DIE!?! Zabuza could have dodged just as easily, but nooooo, he had to get the kid to jump in the line of fire. Well, please tell me what you think. I really would appreciate feedback...

   GO BENOLD!!! GO BENOLD!!!
Benold, my new school, is awsome! They finaly let us have lockers this year. And I can make these really dorky fox statues in art class AND THEY'LL ACTUALLY BE FIRED AND GLAZED! Came up with this great idea the other day, it's called the Otaku Adoption Agency. You see, I, like many future manga artists, wrote these really cool manga charters but wound up writing them out of the story. Well, rather than throwing these charters out on the street, you could post pictures and profiles of them on the Otaku and "adopt" them off to someone else. Using the comment posts in galleries, the charter's creator and adoptor can discuss the means of the adoption (such as whether or not the copyright will be transfered, will the origanal artist will have to be credited and so forth). Please, PLEASE comment on this idea. Rareone needs feedback... and sleeep...

War...
I have something important to say to who ever will listen. It starts with a poem, called Soldier:

I support out troops.
I do not support their cause.
For man's malevolent greed
Is none but his greastest flaw.
Why do humans take pride
In mankind's selfdestuction?
If only our soldiers could lead
Instead of taking instruction.

This poem describes the slaughter known as war. Don't hear me wrong, our overseas troops are brave and patriotic, its the polititions that are lowly. Who's willing to bet that if George Bush ever fought on the battlefeild, and was forced to experiance the pain and terror of it all, that he would stop sending so many brave men and women to risk their lives in the crosshares? And yet, man is indeed the most foolish animal on Earth, for we are the only being stupid enough to destroy ourselves. You don't see feared beasts like wolves and sharks commiting such a crime as war. Just imagine. If we put all our effort that we waste on killing eachother with more and more deadly weapons into curing our most dreaded diseases, then we'd all be invunerable to cancer by now. We could be shaking hands with superevolved alien beings if only we didn't throw away our potential killing each other. I belive that someday humans will destroy the world through nuclear war. My only regret is that so many beautiful, sentient beings will have to suffer at the hand of our hate and loathing... for each other.

   OMG!!! SNAKE BABIES!
You won't belive what I found in Hydra's tank today. At first I thought it was an overgrown nightcrawler climbing up on the side, but then I got closer and realized it was a baby snake! And now I have counted about 12 newborn snakes, all crawling in and out of the clay shelter, which Hydra has yet to leave. I can only keep two of the adorable 'lil demons, so I selected two (one male and one female) that look very unique from their siblings. The female, who appears to have a little heart on her nose, I named Venus for the Roman goddess of love and beauty. The male has an assorted, random patteren on the top of his head and is named Mosaic for obvious resons. The others will be released into their natural habitat tomarrow. *phew* What a day....

   Hydra! ^^
YIPPIEEEE I FINALY GOT A PET SNAKE!!! Her name's Hydra and she's a Checkered Garter Snake. Having a pet snake is very educational... Just today I learned that Garter snakes love water and burrowing AND that my friend Steven is scared to death of snakes ;). All I did was let Hydra crawl up his arm... Man, I've never seen Steven run that fast. By the way, does anyone have any ideas about backup Garter food? I've already tried live fish and live nightcrawlers and Hydra turned up her nose and slithered away. I'm worried that she won't eat anything, because I read that snakes her size (26 inches) should be fed one a week. Surely there are other snake owners on the Otaku that can help me out...?

   New poems
Ok, so my old peoms were a little... pathetic. But these new ones I've been working on are kinda good... I guess...

Ballad of Encouragement
Alas, despite what shallow beleifs boast, there is little, if any, line between fair and fell. Relize that even in the grimest times, faith is the key to recovery. After all, the inky blackness of despair only makes it easier to see the joys of life. And remember, when ill fate rears its ugly head, and the world seems to crumble around you.. Fear not! For hope, like the stars, like the pheonix, is incabable of death. As long as the beleif in a better life exists, there is the potentail that misfortune, being as unpredictable as it is, will fade away.

Pheonix
Can it be immortal?
If the pheonix dies annually,
But never passes on?
Then again...
Who gave us, mere mortals, the Right to know?
After all, there are billions of Stars in a galaxy, and countless
Galaxies in the Universe, and Each star is cabable of life Support... Yet we say that we are The only living things out there. We also say that the pheonix, the Dragon, the unicorn, never Existed, even though cultures Around the world that never had Contact with each other, reported Seeing these creatures. If the Animals of myth are pure fantasy, From whom's imagination did they Come? Either every anceit culture Known was was wrong about their Relegions, or we, modern man, Must accept that OUR culture was Wrong for a change.

What do you think? Please, PLEASE don't steal these poems. I worked all night on them.

   Harvest Moon for girls!
It's high time! Natsume has at long last released a girl's version for both Harvet Moon A Wonderful Life AND Harvset Moon Friends of Mineral Town. Isn't it great? I'm counting the days 'till they come out in the U.S and belive me, when they do, they'll be absolute blockbusters. Trust me on this one, I'm a video game and movie fortune-teller. My predictions are eerily accurate, and I have a very positive feeling about both these new games. So what are you waiting for? Spread the word! After all, there is the vile little chance that Nintendo might cancel or postpone the revolotionary new HM games. And if we band together to insure the succsess of HM in America, the market company is less likely to hold back on Another Wonderful Life and More Friends of Mineral town. If anyone can tell me the release dates, please do! *sniff* I just hope I'm not to old to celebrate Chistmas....

   Steven's Birthday
Today I went to my crazy friend Steven's birthday party. I know it sounds immature, but he took us to an amusement park. Heck, it might be a tad childish, but we had already paid buffet and ride passes and we made good use of them. The park was kinda small, but it was big enough to have a go-kart track. It was the first time I'd ever driven an actual vehical, and belive me, it showed. My poor victum-I mean, FRIEND Joanne was in the passenger seat and I was driving. We slammed into walls, crashed into other drivers and I floored it all the way. Joanne was pretty much having a heart attack, 'cause as we soared down the track at breakneck speed, all I could hear was my friend screaming "I'M GONNA DIE!!! I'M GONNA DIE!!!". When the ride stopped and Joanne and I stepped out of the kart, I was chanting "007 BABY! Let's go again!" and Joanne just said "You drive like a caffine-adict maniac!" and stated that she'd never, never ride with me again. Wonder why that is? ^^
