hey guys

Hey everyone Sorry I wasn't On Yesterday For Long
Hi friends I just wanted to share my sat. day with you. I had fun moving some furniture from a friend's house to another friends house and then moving some of the furniture to our place as well. Then we had a nice lunch with my mommy, my dad, my cousin and I. Afterwards my cousin went home to Mesa and my mother went back to work. Then my dad and I went and watched V for Vendetta and I'm going to buy the DVD when it comes out! It was good and parts of the movie seemed to pull from different books like Count of Monte Cristo and *ones I haven't read* Faherinheit 451 (by Ray Bradbury) and 1984 (by George Orwell) books. Otherwise I did discover You Tube and Bi Rain and another nice anime video today. (The first two are thanks to SweetZ.) So I want to share the anime video I found and hopefully you'll enjoy it today. As far as my day for Sunday well looks like I'll be attending a baby shower...and then after that who knows! I'm hoping to make a cloak before I leave Az and return to Colorado on the 15th. Which by the way means that I'll be on here and other sites a lot less. So sorry in advance hopefully in time I can save up enough for my own comp.

(Oh and to answer I have used a typewriter. When I was a junior in high school actually in 2001-2002. I do remember the 5 1/4 floppy's because my elementary school had them and my favorite game of Oregon Trail was on that type of disk. I remember being really horrible at shoot animals for food while on the trail! Though I haven't heard of the a Egghead store before. thank you my friends for your comments. I honestly still don't know very much about how to alter my site. so that's a plus for anyine who does. And after laughing at myself for a couple of minutes I did see that little ghost in the pic which for some reason i missed before.
(Sad times at least for the people in this joke!)
A computer maker is considering changing the command "Press Any Key" because of the flood of calls asking where the "Any" key is. AST technical support had a called complaining that her mouse was hard to control with the dust cover on. The cover turned out to be the plastic bag the mouse was packaged in.
Another support technician recieved a call from a man complaining that the system wouldn''t read word processing files from his old diskettes. After trouble-shooting for magnets and heat failed to diagnose the problem, it was found that the customer labeled the diskettes then rolled them into the typewriter to type the labels.
Another customer was asked to send a copy of her defective diskettes. A few days later a letter arrived from the customer along with Xeroxed copies of the disk.
A computer technician advised his customer to put his troubled floppy back in the drive and close the door. The customer asked the tech to hold on, and was heard putting the phone down, getting up crossing the room to close the door to his room.
Another customer called to say he couldn''t get his computer to fax anything. After 40 minutes of trouble-shooting, the technician discovered the man was trying to fax a piece of paper by holding it in front of the monitor screen and hiting the "send" key.
Another customer needed help setting up a new program, so a Dell tech suggested he go to the local Egghead. "yeah, I got me a couple of friends," the customer replied. When told Egghead was a software store, the man said,"Oh, I thought you meant for me to find a couple of geeks."
Yet another customer called to complain that his keyboard no longer worked. He had clearned it by filling up his tub with soap and water and soaking the keyboard for a day, then removing all the keys and washing them individually.
A technician recieved a call from a customer who was enraged because his computer had told him he was "bad and an invalid." The tech explained that the computer''s "bad command" and "invalid" responses shouldn''t be taken personally.
An exasperated caller to Computer Tech Support couldn''t get her new Computer to turn on. After ensuring the computer was plugged in, the technician asked her what happened when she pushed the power button. Her response, "I pushed and pushed on the foot pedal and nothing happens." The "foot pedal" turned out to be the computer''s mouse.
Another customer called tech support to say her brand-new computer wouldn''t work. She said she unpacked the unit, plugged it in, and sat there for 20 minutes waiting for something to happen. When asked what happened when she pressed the power switch, she asked "What power switch?" Comments (3) |

thank you xsixtyeight for the help on my site. And thank you my friends for your comments. To answer your questions after I had finished reading what I wrote it sounded kinda like the snow princess story(ies) (I forget the japanese name I think is shi...awa...um...okay now I'm drawing a blank.) And Bunraku from you comment I realized I didn't completely describe Winter's land that well (I am glad and thankful for all of your opinions). In truth the Winter land under went a change started by the Winter Maiden from icy coldness and no art like beautiful to a land that though frozen with ice still carried beauty inside alive and well. I think that was one of the "themes" I'm still not sure why I wrote it in the first I just had to get it down before I slipped away. Thank you Kisho from your congrats good to see you again. Purgatory thank you for your offer and I ask you and all my friends to remember I will be here to listen. And believe me Purgatory staying alive is the best thing I could ask for from you and everyone I've come to know here. By the way my friends your knowledge, opinion, and thoughts are always welcomed here. Again thank you it makes my day end nicely. so in thanks here's a pic and poem for you.

a story I came up with on the spot.
A Winter maiden went to Spring and realized she loved it there. She stayed so long that her beautiful snowflake gown began to change. Her pale complexion began to tan. And her spirit came alive...!
Some time passed and she realized she missed her old home Winter. So she took a journey and went back to where she came from. The Winter maiden arrived to a changed Winter land. It was harsher, colder, and bitter, the maiden shivered in her soul. Slowly she retraced the paths she had walked before she left and then visited the people she once knew and saw they too had changed...!
The Winter maiden went and sat in a meadow thinking of what to do. When suddenly a gleam caught her eye and when she looked down she saw the hemn of her gown had a barely blooming bud frozen in crystal clear ice.
She knew what she had to do. She stayed in Winter but kept the Spirit alive in her in Summer land. By doing so she kept Summer alive in her and soon her gown became a crystalized beauty.
The ruler of Winter saw this beauty and asked how she did it and why. The Winter maiden evenly and humbly replied. "Why does my beloved Winter have to die when it can live in crystaline beauty?" Winter's ruler thought about what the maiden said and smiled.
She was right!
Soon Winter's true beauty was released and preserved in a special crystal made the Winter's people.
How was it made? By the beautiful love they have inside. The Winter maiden never left Winter again and helped to make even more beautiful crystal creations. (why did I write this story? I have no earthly clue!) Comments (5) |

Hmmm...so far my day has been nice...^_^ started cleaning for my mother since 10am and got finished at 12 noon. ^_^ it's satisfying, calming and just plain feels good. Now I am just enjoying being online and talking to my friends (that means you!) and sharing stuff I find. Though the only downside today is that I still can't find the pics I scanned and upload into MyO and it's been more then a week!*shrugs* it's cool I'll catch you later guys! ^_^ ^_~ Comments (2) |

Cute/cruel joke
(Joke Time!) A baby turtle was standing at the bottom of a large tree and with a deep sigh, started to climb. About an hour later, he reached a very high branch and walked along to the end. He turned and spread all four flippers and launched himself off the branch. On landing at the bottom in a pile of soft, dead leaves, he shook himself off, walked back to the bottom of the tree and with a sigh started to climb. About an hour later, he again reached the very high branch, walked along, turned, spread his flippers and flung himself off the branch. Again, he landed on the bottom, shook himself off, went to the bottom of the tree, sighed and started climbing. Watching these proceedings from the end of the branch were two little birds. Mummy bird turned to Daddy bird and said, "Don't you think it's time we told him he was adopted?" (Kinda reminds you of Tama)

Thank You for your compliment Bunraku. And Thank You for your comments my friends I am pleased you enjoy my site. I'm still trying to figure out how to make my posts see through but if can give any tips I would greatly appreciate them. I will also thank you through pm personally. I realized that I didn't put the quiz of the journey on here when I first posted. So I will do that now.
[[ Gray the color not really noticed by most only by those few. People are different colors but rarely are they gray. That's why I'm here I am a Gray person. No, I don't where all gray and have a neutral existance. Being Gray is my role in this Universe and no I'm not talking pretty girls or rangers! Look here's a break down of what I do, but be perpared it is long!
I was born when the sun and the moon both shown bright. I opened my eyes to twilight's light and was neither alive nor dead. I am also neither male nor female, but Uriel. So from now on it's Uriel you're following. Can you relate? Not belonging to anything but you? Uriel; I am supposed to be the angel of death in one book but a being of life in another. Come walk with me on my journey and see what I mean.
Take these stones on the ground do you see the universe hidden deep inside? *Yes, I see it* but I'm asking you.

Uriel smiles *remember neither male nor female!* hard to picture huh? Come keep walking...No! RUN RUN RUN!!! Yes that's it keep pace with me. See I'm neither fast nor slow yet you and I match. JUMP!!!!! We land stumbling and rolling on the ground *no matter if you know how to take a fall!* I grab hold of you and we continue to roll and tumble together....then we're flying or falling you could say. We've gone over a cliff....are you scared?
We fall together now though you feel no fear then suddenly we're standing solidly on the bottom of the ocean. You look around and I watch you. "I am Uriel remember there is no explanation for how we came here." A giant squid comes charging out of no where and lunges it's tentacles at you
...It goes right through you like nothing at all but latches onto me. I am pulled instantly away from you and you watch dumbfounded and paralized. I disappear into the Squid's great beak and when it opens it's mouth you see---
nothing. Then you feel a tap on your shoulder and are pulled in the opposite direction of the squid. It lashes it's tentacles at you again and this time you feel it touch you. I pull you harder and push through the surface with the squid following in close pursuit. No, the surface doesn't phase it, it easily passes through and we find ourselves fleeing the Squid through Outer Space. Again I am Uriel and this story, this journey is not a fantasy or science fiction setup. We pass through our galaxcy and you turn back to see the squid become transparent and then disappear all together. I stop our flight and you breath...did you know you weren't breathing at all since we left the water? That's right you didn't need it... (thoughts?)

---...*smile* "you're insane!"---...
---..."Why does this make a weird sense?"---...
"Uriel!!!" You call out frustrated and totally confused.
"Yes." I answer and then listen as you proceed to tell me that I am making no sense or have any meaning. I smile no, not patronizingly or sarcastically just a smile. "If I make no sense or mean nothing then why are you with me right now here *I gesture all around us* in the middle of Space. Where none can come without ships of craftmanship? Why could you survive for the time of an hour without breath or be kept from harm under the ocean when thousands upon a thousand pounds a pressure were all around us?" You pause and think and then smile in an indulging humor kind of way.
"I could do those things because I am reading from you."You answer and then watch my reaction.
"No...for one brief second whether nano or not you and I were in those places together."*pause*,'Did you notice that the scene changed my friend? This forest around us is it just something you're reading here or is a forest real? If so then why aren't we real? that you doubt you ever being there? How could you picture it if you didn't imagine being there first?'I say patiently...slowly...no not mockingly but with a steadiness.
"Now, tell me this, what is my gender?"I ask this of you while we stand on top of Mount. Everest. neither cold nor hot.
