Is it just me, or am I crying in movies alot lately?
It started with the LOTR movies. "Sure," I said. "That's understandable." But what REALLY surprised me was when big wet ones burst forth from my face in Matrix Revolutions. "This can't be happening!" I said. But last night, I saw The Last Samurai, and that's when it all came loose.
First off, let me just say, EXCELLENT movie, with a great message. If you get a chance to see it, don't pass it up. Unless of course, you'll be seeing ROTK instead. Also, I kept thinking of Kenshin! I'm like, "ooh, evil people with guns!" except unlike in Kenshin they didn't go around randomly beating the crap out of people...BUT anyhow, great movie. Anyone else who's seen it cry?
OK, anyone see SNL last night? It had Elija Wood! And Chros Kattan came back to be Gollum! The monologue was great! They had a Frodo-Gollum sitcom called "A hard hobbit to break" it was hilarious!
OK, all LOTR fans MUST go to this link:

One more thing. Other fantasy fans, I just read this in the Washington Post today...
Phillup Pullman's 'His Dark Materials' trilogy is going to be made into movies. Here's the full story:
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/articles/A59882-2003Dec12.html
Ok, have fun with those links.
TIGRESS' FANTASTICAL DAILY MOVIE QUOTE
And what a way to end Eccentricaly Easy Quote Week by starting off with a quote no one knows! Am I good, or what? Anyways, it was Sean Connery as Mason in "The Rock". You know, that action movie with Nick Cage and Ed Harris about the terrorists ex-military peeps on Alcatraz? Anyways...
"And until [name] comes back, YOU have to be the ring-bearer."
"What? I'm not wearing that thing on my head!"
"Oh yes, you damn well will!"
Haha. See ya.

Saturday=Suicidal X-Mas shopping
Anyone else going to potentially kill themselves at the mall today? I know I am But I have a friend. A big, guy friend. Safety in numbers, you know. Even though I'll probably end up protecting him! Heh. I also saw VHD:Bloodlust for the first time yesterday, thus the new backround. Excellent stuff. Loved it. I kinda felt sorry for all those cool ass kickers in the tank that died, though. And that chick was really annoying. Her outfit was cool too. But, know what? I think the best part about the movie was...
The horse.
Yes, it's all about the awsome red eyed, horses that can jump really far and gallop on the backs of giant sand creatreus and stuff. Man, I need to get me a horse like that.
I can't wait to go shopping so I don't have to put up with the incessant bitching and moaning about the X-Mas decorations around my house. I mean, it's like "C'mon, it's a FRICKIN PLASTIC REINDEER WITH LIGHTBULBS!" Jeez! Alot of the time, X-Mas just seems more trouble than it's worth.
TIGRESS' FANTASTICAL DAILY MOVIE QUOTE
Yay! Eccentrically easy movie week is over! Although it didn't seem to help out EVERYONE *Cough*Moldy*cough. Right then.
"You know what F.B.I. stands for {name)? Fucking Bloody Idiots. I don't want to talk to you."
Heh heh. Great movie that is. Greta actor too. Now, let's see who can get that!

Thanks to Rustym for the quiz. Hmm, I'm beggining to notice a trend with my quizzes...
WARRIOR
The warrior is the master os the sword. Wielding your mighty steel, you are able to cut through enemies like butter, leaving a trail of fallen foes inyour wake. Many may challenge you, but few can best your sheer skill and brute force. You are a figure of might and power. You strength is unbridled and you are capable of mighty blows that could shatter stone. Few can stand against you muscle and live to tell the tale.
What's your fantasy character? brought to you by Quizilla

IT'S FRIDAY, IT'S FRIDAY, IT'S KISS THE WEEK GOODBYE DAY!
Hey, hey, everyone! TGIF! I think I'll rent Bruce Allmighty tonight. It looks really funny. I also have to watch Vampire Hunter D, cause I borrowed it from a friend after she pointed out that it looks the same as "Program" (you know, that Animatrix flick where the chick ony my backround comes from). I also might have to get a tree today. Ah, Christmas. The Anti-Earth Day.
Last night, my friend and I decided that we would both make Awrwen costumes for ROTK. I've never made my own clothes before, so this should be an interesting experience. I've also written a song that we're going to sing over and over again while waiting in line. Just sing it like 12 days of X-Mas, It's too much to write out:
The 12 Days of ROTK
One the 12st day of ROTK, my true love gave to me:
12 Lords of Gondor
11 Uruk-Hai
10 Dwarves with Axes
9 Mortal Men(doomed to die)
8 Little Hobbits
7 Mirkwood Elves
6 Barrow Wights
5 Naaaaaazgul riiiings!
4 Rohirrim
3 Large Ents
2 Rivendell Twins
And the One Ring burning brightly!
So, sing it for the holidays!

Yesterday was Superman. Good job. Except for SG who still watches Seasame Street even though he's a grown man.

mmmm, Friday's almost here...
I finally realized my procrastination problem's more serious than serious today, when I put off an essay until the ten minutes before the class it was due in.
That being said, you might see me alot less around here on the weekdays and Sunday.
Also today, I went to a Starbucks, got a peppermint mocha, took and alternate road home, and it took me 50 more mintues than if I had not stopped.
But dayum, it was worth it. Especially when all good songs came on the radio. I was playing air guitar and singing at the top of my lungs to Nirvana, Bush, Pearl Jam, Hoobastank, Evanescence, No Doubt's X-Mas song, the "Because I got high" song, and many more.

Hey all. Good job, it was Ian McKellan as Gandalf, yadda yadda. I can;t wait for Saturday, when I'll stop pampering you and go back to regular quotes. But in the meantime...
"Look! Up in the sky! It's a bird! It's a plane! It's..."
I think you can figure that out.

FINALLY FRICKIN' YEAH!
Finally got some tickets for ROTK on Wednesday. I'm still having trouble finding a cape. I was just gonna wear a regular cape, put on a black ski mask, and make a cardboard knife that says "MORGUL BLADE". So then me and my friend got the bright idea to wear drunken Nazgul sandwich boards. No matter what we do Wednesday, it's gonna be weird. I'll see if I can get pics.
Other than that, today sucked. Whacha gonna do, huh?

Haha, I found a funny!
OK, I found this on my fav movie site, and I thought it was pretty funny. Some are a leetle raunchy, though, so be warned. I figured I'd put it up anyway in preperation for ROTK.
20 THINGS YOU'D NEVER HEAR
IN A LOTR MOVIE
1) I don't care if she's an elf...I'd do her.
2) Why is Saruman just standing there? The f*ckin' trees are kicking ass. Some grand wizard. Sheesh!
3) I don't know what the big deal is...I saw that same ring at K-Mart for $12.99.
4) So this is Mount Doom, eh? Reminds me of Jersey.
5) I don't care what Gandalf says, I can drink that fool under the table.
6) What's up with Sam Gangee? Is he gay?
7) Legolas...the women all want to know how you get your hair so straight and shiny?
8) The only tower I'm worried about is the one between my legs.
9) Middle Earth deserves my Middle Finger. Zing!
10) How come he gets the cool name: Legolas Greenleaf? I want to be Legolas Greenleaf. How about we trade? You can be Pippin.
11) Do you realize that if you change the letter "r" to "t" in the Shire, it become the Shite? Pretty cool.
12) Frodo's a prick. He hogged all the blankets last night.
13) I'm not gay or anything, but Aragorn can slice his sword through me anytime... if you know what I mean.
14) Seriously dude, where are the Middle Earth hookers at? I need to get laid in a major way!
15) Gandalf the White, Gandalf the Grey...how about Gandalf the Jerk? That asshole didn't even pick up after himself after dinner.
16) I'm pretty sure one of those Ents grabbed my ass when they were taking us to Helm's Deep the other day.
17) I know about the two towers, my friend...I just don't give a shit.
18) I don't care what you say, I know the smell of hash and that's what the old man was smoking last night. No wonder he thinks he's a Wizard!
19) The thing is...he keeps saying it! One of us has to tell him that we get it already. Okay, it's your "precccccccccious"...move on!
20) Who's the midget with the furry feet and the cock-ring tied around his neck?

The Cycle starts over again. It is Mondy.
Hey everyone. Today was the usual Monday, that is boring. Except when I left my lunch in band class all day and was forced to buy those really gross fries and stuff. Bleh. I also didn't have a playing test in band which was nice. So my friend and I organized Secret Santa. The guy I got wants Sea Monkeys. Didn't they make those in the 70's? Can you stull buy those? Jeez.

"Dude, where's my car?"
Everyone can thank Moldy.
Chow!
