Being Catholic(this is a BIGGIE, especially during Holy Week)

Not checking passports of people going into the country
Starbucks(only in Madrid)

The Metro(they consider the DC Metro the 'Metro del Futuro"-seriously, I saw a commercial)
Conserving energy
Giving you every piece of currencey under a 5 in coins, so that you have so much fricken' change when you go home

Playing 'living statues' in the middle of the street
Letting dogs run wild/abandoned
Processions with giant hoods that look suspiciously like certain hate groups in the US(ASk me about this later, I'm still not sure of the hood thing, but it is a very Catholic happy thing there)
Only fish and ham
Hanging pig legs in every single, bar, butchery, grocery store, or meat packer you come across
Selling every single tourist item in every single store
Selling swords(including katannas)
'El Senor de los Arnillos', aka LOTR
Don Quixote(you have NO idea)
Only drinking water, soda, and beer(I'm serious, that's all there is to drink in that country. I had more options on the Air France flight over there)
Trying to rob you(no joke)
Weed(saw PLENTY of this. And I'm not talking about the kind in your garden)
Cigarrettes
