I had to work at the Band's car wash today. I totally forgot about it. Though it took some time, I got them to wash my bike. I was reading pipsqueak's post about how people make fun of her for being short. Well being freakishly tall isn't so great (I'm really not that tall). I was the only one who could reach the top of the cars during my two shifts at the car wash. I would like to say sorry to LB because she hates spiders. Anyways, it's not me who chooses the pictures of the day.

The white-lipped snail (Cepaea hortensis) is a very close relative of the grove snail. It is very slightly smaller than the grove snail, but shares the same variation in shell colour and banding. The principal distinguishing feature is a white band at the lip of the shell, although this is not reliable for accurate identification. The two species can mate and reproduce, and share the same habitats, although the range of the white-lipped snail extends closer to the Arctic in Northern Europe. Comments (0) |

PICTURE OF THE DAY
The Ozyptila praticola species of crab spider is found throughout Europe and the Middle East. They do not build webs to trap prey, but are active hunters. Crab spiders are so named because of their first two pairs of legs, which are held out to the side giving them a crab-like appearance. Also, like crabs, these spiders move sideways and backwards more easily than forwards. Comments (1) |

Well, as I didn't tell you, the first performance for our band (really 2nd) was yesterday. It went well and my old section leader was there and the first thing he tells me is "Dan, 20 push-ups." This is expected of him. He liked to give out push-ups. Well, for some reason, I started watching Azumanga Daioh. I'm through 3 episodes. I also watched episode 37 of Tsubasa Chronicles. Oh yea, my comments still don't work, sorry for the inconvience. And Again, oh yea, I'm going to start putting captions for the picture of the day.
