well that's my list though i doubt anyone cares. i just felt like making it.

i have a question for you guys though "how do you feel about american made manga? do you consider it real manga? would you read it?"

my answers to this is that i do like american made manga ecspecially dramacon.

point 1
i feel that it is still manga even if it wasn't made in japan or by a japanese manga-ka. i see it this way if you say that it's not real manga because it's made in america then that can apply to many things. like pizza for example it originated in italy so if its made here in america by americans are you gonna say that its not real pizza just because its made here?

point number 2
would be that most american otakus (even some here) want to make their own mangas some day but if you don't consider american made manga real manga then what are you making? and who are you planning to sell it too for that matter. i don't think we should get so caught up about where our manga is made we should just celebrate the fact that it is made! the only reason i'm ranting about this is because i'd really hate for great american made manga (like dramacon) to be avoided because it's made in america! anyone with me?

ok manga review time

REDMOONCHICK'S MANGA REVIEW EDITION #7

the manga i decided to review today is "angel sanctuary" and i'm sorry to fans of angel sanctuary but i didn't care for it at all. the story is about a brother and sister named setsuna and sara. now these two aren't ordinary siblings mostly because setsuna is in love with his sister and the two share a kiss later in the first volume. setsuna also happens to be the reincarnation of a powerful angel. from the very beginning this manga starts off confusing; maybe its just me but i don't think that's the case. the entire manga is hard to understand and most time the art is slightly jumbled together. this manga is somewhat like the manga "descendents of darkness" but more like a more boring straighter version of that manga. the story was hard to follow and not that engaging as i decided not to pick up volume 2. the characters aren't that cool either setsuna being the only interesting one. i disliked this manga so much that looking back i can barely recall anything from the manga. in the end i give "angel sanctuary" a 2 redmoons out of 10.

(note: anyone who has read volume 2 and beyond of "angel sanctuary" tell me does the story get better?)

well that's all for today i'm sorry to any fans of the manga i reviewed i hope you guys don't hate me now. i'm only stating my opinion after all.
