wow, i went to the woods...and it rained ALOT..man it's pouring rite now even, with is wierd, cause it's the dry season..last weekend, when we went out to the everglades, it was bone dry, i mean, NO water at all, no exagration..now, there's an inch of water every where..pretty cool..it looks like wet season...but it not....

wow, i actually planned this post hahaa..um, yesterday, jamo brought to my attention, that, sum o' the things(comments mostly) sound sarcatic..well, trueth is peeeps, im really not that sarcatic..just about everything i say, is inlike, a light-hearted tone, and way or w/e..u guys really dont know me dat well yet i guess...but then again, how well can u know sumone on the internet? oh well, this is getting to seriouse hehe.^.^ how's everything u guys?

66+ (6.23 x *ur wieght*)+ 12.7 x *hight in inches* - 6.8 x *age*
ok, that # is the amount of cal. u need to consume in one day, to maintain ur current weight..
oh, multiply it by...1.375 to calcultate ur metabolic rate

after forever....
wow, i been thankin'...eh, it gonna be a long post, bear wid me...hehe..um, i wasnt all ways so hyper...in middle school, i was quiet , like, to the extraem..i bearly talked...and i got straight A's..and i used to lisen to country only...i had no social skillz...and now, i listen to ozzy, and have a kick'n social life, i was always ADD, but i never really ...iono...used it?...now, im funny, and cool, ...and have better taste in muzik...
