   Shamless Promotion
My YGO article, "The Pegasus Ripples" has finally been posted. Now that its sat there for a couple days with minimal attention to it, I highly recommend you all go read it and comment/vote on it.

And for any Gravitation fans out there, I recommend my article "The Seguchi Ripples."

I admit, I hadn't originally planned on advertising my articles, but since I'll be doing more of the Ripple articles, I figured it wouldn't hurt to at least attempt to get people to know they're out there...

On a diffrent note, however, I was really happy at the amount of Roy Mustang that graced the episode of FMA this weekened. It's still depressing that it's going to end, but it looks like it will at least end on an interesting note (well, I suppose I already know how it end...I blame that on my Ed-obsessed best friend...). Next week looks very promising...

It's Finally Sunk It
Honestly. It has. Yet somehow I can't seem to work up the effort to get the work done I need to.

Three days left. Just three.

I have to do that entire project for biology... and should probably work on those two other articles I need to do for the newspaper...

But quite honestly, all I want to do is watch the last few episdoes of season 1 of One Tree Hill, rant a tad bit about the second half of The Woman Who Loved Sesshomaru (it was so much better than the first half!) and laze about until I can watch the next episode of Yu Yu Hakusho on Saturday.

This might be a bad thing.

I suspect I'll regret this Sunday night...ah well. After having read other people's posts, I'm feeling even more lethargic, since nothing even remotely dramatic has happened in my life in a while.

Well, there was that Aladdin audition, which I bombed...but since that hasn't really been something I've thought about.

Come on, I was just as talented as those other stupid girls!!!!! -coughs quietly- and there in lies the reason I don't often try out for plays...

   Firsts, Lasts, And Oh Yeahs
Ah sleep...I knew I remembered you. Vacation is simply a brilliant idea. It allows time for dreaming, and watching Monster-In-Law for the first time. Even though it's not an anime, I'd recommend it, it's so funny.

But I admit, I couldn't resist re-watching a few Dragonball Z movies yesterday and the Yu Yu Hakusho I taped Saturday again today, which actually spawned a short Koenma/Yusuke fanfic...-coughs quietly- but never mind.

I have one goal in life right now, however shameful it may be: sending a very angry letter to the WB, because HOW DARE THEY stop airing YGO right before it finished?! If anyone has their contact info, that would be greatly appreciated. I really want to see to the end of the dubbed Saturday morning version, how else will I compare it decently to the unedited version if I don't?! Grrrr...I had hoped this was simply a two week deal, apparantly not.

I'm good. Really.

   A Musical Mistake
Having a lot of spare time, I tend to spend a lot of it in front of the computer listening to the radio...but when they start spewing advertisments at more for a Charlie and the Chocolate Factory musical...I experience a sense of disgust and fear that rivals the time I watched Family Business (the yugioh gx episode with Chumely's dad).

Why would anyone want to make that a musical? And then preform it- in front of poor, innocent audience members?!

Perhaps watching FMA tomorrow will take my mind off it...or it could just remind me that FMA's almost over and cause me to break down into a fit of hysterical tears. Either/or.

Smile While You Have the Chance
A whole week. A whole week without classes, without tests, without waking up at an ungodly hour in order to get to school in order to go to said classes and take said tests.

Which means a whole week in which I can watch ridiculous amounts of anime, scream at the televions properly on Wednesday when I watch the second half of The Woman Who Loved Sesshomaru, and allow my fanfiction to take priority over biology. (Not that when I am in school that chanes..)

A whole week in which I can come up with a new article. I think I'd like to write and Inuyasha one now, since I've done a Gravitaion, Dragonball Z, and Original Anime. Or perhaps another Gravitation one. -shrugs- Maybe both.

But while this is all well in good, it is still only one week. And sooner than you can blink properly it will back in biology, wondering what exactly the teacher is talking about while she drones on about when she attempts to explain in depth the electron transport chain in celluluar respiration.

So I say smile while you have the chance. Watch all the anime you can before you end up back in a world where writing the entire cast list of yugioh will not give a perfect grade.

Hmmm...eventually I think I want to do a YGO article. A Yu Yu Hakusho article, too...now I must simply think of topics...

   Lessons Learned, I Suppose
Even in an episode titled The Woman Who Loved Sesshomaru, apparantly it is now too much to ask to have an epsidoe centered around Sesshomaru. -sighs-

Someone remind me that getting your hopes up about Inuyasha is a foolish, foolish experiment that will only end in misery.

But hey, I think I may have passed my history test, even though I was struggling with the heartbreak of having to watch more Kagome/Inuyasha...ah well.

I'm feeling very uninspired. I have a feeling that the next chapter of my fanfic Nothing Emphasized will be the worst chapter yet...and that's saying something since I'm including the prologue.

Well, I suppose they could turn this entire fiasco around next week when they play part II.

But I'm not keeping my fingers crossed.

   Missing and Longing
The situation, it would seem, is looking grim. It is four days until February vacation begins. But will I make it? Will I be able to continue on through the biology quiz and the history test?

Do I have any will to go on when I have no way of seeing YGO and missed most of DBZ last Saturday?

Having recently finished Romeo and Juliet in English class (and sadly, finding myself finally liking something that Shakespeare wrote- ah, the slash potential of Benvolio and Mercutio! *coughs quietly*-) I am rather curious as to whether W Juliet (the manga) was ever turned into an anime.

Perhaps I should look into that.

As I should look into getting more sleep. *yawn* Surely it's vacation time already...surely it must be...

   Anticipation and Desperation
My heart mourns the cruel fate the WB has imposed upon Yu-Gi-Oh this Saturday- no time allotted for it to run!

Yes, a weekend without YGO. What will the world do? What will I do? ...watch Yu Yu Hakusho, Dragonball Z, and Fullmetal Alchemist like I always do...

BUT! While this horrific event unfolds on Saturday, not all hope is lost, for coming on Wednesday is what could possibly be the best episode of Inuyasha aired thus far.

Who, if you are an Inuyasha fan, can only say they are not desperatly waiting for next week to see the epsidoe "The Woman Who Loved Sesshomaru?" And even though this epsidoe will most likely spawn a series of death fics toward this woman generated by fanatical fangirls, I personally cannot wait. We haven't seen Sesshomaru is weeks..and quite frankly I'm sick of all these filler episodes...

So while we all take this moment to mourn YGO, we also take this moment to celebrate Inuyasha.

All hail equivalent exchange.

   Boiling Alive
As I watched Yu-Gi-Oh GX yesterday and Jaden and co. were spewed back up yesterday from losing horribly at the hands of Kaibaman, all I could think was it would serve them right if they boiled alive. In fact, if that did then Zane could take his place as the rightful main character of the show, and we'd have no more of this Keribo chirping after every other sentence.

And since Chumley would have boiled with Jaden, we could have then thrown a party because:

a) no Chumeley anymore

b) no Chumley ever again

c) no more koolas...espeically gigantic ones that follow the group back to the Slifer Dorm.

Though Chazz would have been a terrible loss if they actually had boiled alive, it would have been a necessary loss for the good of the show.

Unfortuantly, the creators of the show didn't agree with me and Jaden and co. have, once again, safely returned back to Slifer Dorm to live to say painfully stupid catchphrases another day.

I'd take this opportunity to rant about Kaibaman too...but I'm afraid I must digest his whole character/living card deal...

   Nothing of Interest
I have recently found myself fascinated with the word nothing in relation to the world of anime. (especially the small pocket of said universe that is Inuyasha).

Why does this matter?

Well it doesn't.

But I felt I should have a small post to commemerate my introduction to this site.

So hopefully with this short little blip, my most cherished quality, that is to say, my amazing ability to be extraordinarily random, has become most apparant.

And that, fellow anime viewers, is my post for today.
