Yet another school day....

Yet another uneventful day...
Except my friend Alex, was going to form a DDR club...turns out someone else made one before he got too. Ho man, were we all pissed. XD
But as long as the officer of that club is responsible, I'll join...but if it turns out to be an idiot 7th grader...my friends are planning to egg their house or something. XD
In other news, half the grade think my friend and I are going out...my friend finds it amusing...so we're going to keep it up for a bit...XD
we're so cruel.
In nation-wide news...
Hurricane Katrina hit the Gulf coast the other day...I've been watching the news since morning, whenever I could.
It's such a horrid scene.
They're expecting 100+ dead...and with the fear of spreading deceses such as West Nile Virus, more people are still at stake...
I can't really do much...but I will pray for all the people their, and their families, who are probably worried sick about them.
Ren's anime/manga recomendation for today is...
AIR!
Yukito Kunisaki is on a journey, seeking a girl with wings who flies in the sky, as mentioned in a childhood tale.
During this journey, he settles down in a small town, trying to make some money. There, he meets a strange girl named Misuzu.
Misuzu quickly makes Yukito her friend and invites him to stay with her. Yukito decides to stay in the small town, and continue searching for the winged girl his mother had searched for in her life.
A short seriesregarding Yukito and Misuzu...and their summer that would change their lives...
A LOT ofdrama. Okay, I cried in every episode, save the first one...I admit I cry in practically every anime I watch, but I'm serious--this one is SAD.
