Depression is stabbing into your heart. This is the
most painful of all stabbs but maybe you are
just pretending that the knife of depression is
going through your heart. There are many
reasons why you might feel this way: 1. Life
may give you more sad times than happy ones.
Many people nowadays feel terribly depressed
because their whole lifes have been hard, sad
or dissapointing. But leave it all in the past,
now think about the future and all the things
you can do to become a happier person. You
control your destiny, it is all about trying to
change. 2. You may be going through a hard
time; but don't worry. Even the deepest wound
can be healed if you use the right medications
(not pills, but love and friendship) and the
most important thing: If you forget it is
there. Look for distraction, do things you
like, like sports, drama, dance, art...believe
me, it works! 3. You might have been spoiled as
a child. People who had everything when young
and now realize that life isn't as happy and
easy as they thought usually get quite
deppressed because they think thay can't face
that or maybe just to CATCH THE ATTENTION.
Think that there are worst things that could
happen and stop being selfish. Be more open and
help others. Being dark and lonely won't
attract anything but more darkness and
loneliness. Good Luck, God bless youbackground="http://www.boomspeed.com/starlight/bgfuzz1.gif">
