As you can see, my internet connection is up and running again. I think it was messed up because it was raining the other night.

I got my report card like two weeks ago and as usual my my lowest grades were two 98's. I guess that's pretty good, but I wish I could make all 100's just one time.

I finally finished watching Evangelion, and I must say that I was thoroughly impressed with it. To sum it all up, that show is awesome! It's so unlike anything else I've ever seen. I don't want to spoil anything for anybody, so I'll quit talking about it now.

Last Friday I went to Borders and got Naruto Vol. 6 & 7 (they didn't have 8) and I also got GTO Vol. 3 & 4. I like both of them equally. I still can't believe I finally found GTO vol. 3, I've been looking for it for about a year now. I guess Friday was my lucky day or something.

Saturday was pretty cool. There's a Suncoast around here that's going out of business, so they were having a sale. So I finally got to purchase that drink with the marble in it (I forgot what it's called, but it was really good.) I also got some of these kiwi gummy things. I'm not really too devastated about them going out of business; I buy all of my anime at Best Buy anyway.

Sunday I had to give a speech at my school's Beta Club initiation, since I'm the 8th grade Beta Club president. I really didn't have to do much though the speech was prewritten, all I had to do was copy it down onto note cards and memorize parts of it. Everyone said I did pretty good so I'm happy.

Hey guys, I'm at school right now, so this post'll be a little short. I'm just stopping by to tell you guys that my Internet connection at home is messed up right now and I don't know when it'll be fixed, hopefully sometime soon though. Last Sunday I finally got Lumines and the newer L'Arc~en~Ceil CD. I'm very pleased with both of them, but I have to say that I enjoyed more tracks on the older L'Arc~en~Ceil CD.

I finished a new picture last night, so I'll probably be uploading it in a minute. It's basically a silhouette of Ed from FMA. I was inspired to do a picture like that because silhouette was one of our spelling words this week. I think it looks pretty cool.

Other than that, life has been pretty boring. I hope you guys enjoy your extended weekend.

School
Well school started back this week. Overall it was just how I remembered it; boring and repetitive. We had this really hard test in reading over Greek and Roman mythology. We basically had to match 14 Greek gods and goddesses with their Roman names and we had to tell what they were the god or goddess of. I think I did pretty well, but it was still hella hard.

Speaking of goddesses, I watched the first volume of Ah! My Goddess earlier this week. It was pretty good. The animation is beautiful and the story and character development is well done too. I seriously think I might buy the series.

On a completely different note: I got some new glasses yesterday. I'm so happy, I really needed them. I had my old glasses since 6th grade and they always kept falling off my face. My new glasses are brown with transition lenses, and I think they make me look even more intelligent and pronounced.

   Well all good things must come to an end. I guess Christmas break is no different. I have to go back to school tomorrow. As you can probably tell by the tone of this post, I'm not to thrilled about it. Sure it'll be cool seeing all my friends again, but that still doesn't make going back any easier. I guess one thing to get excited about is my band teacher said he'd teach me how to play bass once we get back, I wonder if playing al this Guitar Hero will help me any lol.

Speeking of video games, have you guys played Soul Calibur 3? That game is so awesome, it's way harder than Soul Calibur 2. I was up until like 4 in the morning playing it, I know I'm a nerd lol. I've also been playing We Love Katamari. That game is so addictive, it's like Pringles, once you pop the fun don't stop lol.

That's all I have to say right now, I'll try and visit more of you guys today.

   Christmas
How was everyone's Christmas/ holiday where you get presents? Mine was awesome Here's what I got:

-PSP
-We Love Katamari
-Guitar Hero with the controller
-Soul Calibur 3
-Burnout Legends
-Some shoes
-a watch
-$140
-a new TV
-a Linkin Park backpack
-Big Boi Presents: Got Purp? Vol.2 (it's a rap CD)
-This kit thing for my PSP that came with a car charger, some game cases, a carrying case, some headphones, and a stand.
-This really cool belt buckle with turntables. (The records really spin)

I'm pretty happy with what I got. I pretty much got everything on my list. We're going to the mall next weekend and I'll probably buy Lumines and some anime. Hopefully they'll have Genshiken Vol. 3 now. My mom said she was going to get it for me for Christmas, but Best Buy said they didn't get it in.

   That feeling
You know that feeling you get when you look at drawing that you drew a while ago? Like "Wow, I can't believe I actually drew that." Sometimes I look at some of my older pictures and remember how my life was going when I was drawing. It's like they bring back forgotten memories. Why am I talking so much about drawings? Because I have a new picture I want you guys to vote on. It's really nothing special; just a profile of Rei from Evangelion. I think I'm going to start drawing more often.

I got out of school for Christmas Break yesterday. So far I've been enjoying myself. I spent the night over my friend's, Mr.Naruto on myO, house last night. It was pretty fun, my friends spicy.sushi.roll and mathperson were also there. We ate at this Chinese restaurant and I hit on our hot waitress ~_^.

After we finished eating we went to the movies. We saw The Chronicles of Narnia movie. I haven't read any of the books, and I wasn't really too impressed with the movie. Mathperson's girlfriend was there and I kept messing with them. I have to say that I enjoyed doing that better than watching the movie. Later that night mathperson's girlfriend's friend hooked up with my friend mr.naruto, but he didn't really seem too interested in her :P

Well, that's basically all I have to say. Just in case I don't post until after Christmas I'm going to take the time now to wish everyone a Merry Christmas. I know some of you guys don't celebrate Christmas, so I'm also going to say Happy Holidays. That pretty much covers everybody.

I've been doing pretty good lately. Saturday I went and tried out for this band in Memphis. I found out yesterday I was really close to getting accepted too. The cut-off grade was a 39.75 and I got a 39.38, I was kind of upset when I found out, but I'll just try harder next year.

After I finished trying out for that band my mom took me to the mall. I had a lot of fun, just like last time. Like 5 other people and myself were taking turns playing each other. It was so much fun. After I left the arcade I stopped by Hot Topic where I saw the really awesome Samurai Champloo jacket. I didn't have enough money for it, so I talked my mom into buying it for me. I love my mommy. I also got the City of Evil album by Avenged Sevenfold. That CD is amazing, I encourage anyone reading this who hasn't heard it yet to go out and buy, borrow, download,or do anything in order to listen to it. It's that good.

SOS, the anime club I'm in, is planning on having our first meeting Friday. I'm really excited, I hope my mom let's me go instead of getting my hair cut.
