Well...today kinda sucked. A really good friend of mine has had a really big crush on me for a while (If you consider a semester a while). I've known about it all along, but I never said anything because I didn't want to hurt her. But in my English class, we did a "slam poetry" thing, where we wrote a poem on something important to us and read it aloud to the class. She wrote a poem about me and was claiming that it was about Robert Pattinson...and didn't realize I knew who it was really about. Our teacher is actually pretty social, so she talks to us both quite a bit. Which means that she also knew what my friends poem was about. Then I showed my teacher mine afterwards and talked to her about it. Then she realized what I was going to do. She agreed to let me go last, right after my friend. Of course, my friend didn't know about it. When she started to read her poem, she started crying. Which made it even harder to read mine, because it was telling her that I had known all along how she felt, and that I was never going to go to her and ask her to go out with me. But it was also saying that I was still her friend, and she'll still have me to go to whenever she needs someone (She has a few times already...). But after I finished, she left the room crying even harder, which made me feel really sick. It's for the best though...I do know that. Still, she's a good friend of mine, and I didn't want to hurt her like that. I think it will be good for her too though...she needs to get over me. For her own sake.

HEY! WINTER FORMAL'S TOMMORROW! Yep. My school is having our winter formal tommorrow night. I'm going with my girlfriend. I've got a suit and everything, which I actually like quite a bit. It wasn't really the one I wanted, but I ended up getting pretty much an entire suit for less than half the cost of the jacket I wanted. So that's cool. Well, I think it's going to be fun. First dance where I'll actually be dancing. I'm super excited.

So, update. School's going pretty well. I'm taking a few college classes and a couple of honours high school. That's fun I guess. Oh, and don'y worry. I don't usually type this way; I just need to do some other things tooo, so I have to make it short. Things are going great with my girl friend too. I get told quite a bit how we seem to be perfect together. And I agree. Also, I think my friend, tristan, has been hitting on me a bit. I don't really mind, and thankfully, neither does my girl friend, but I can never tell if he's being serious or not. Oh well. That's it for now. I'll try to be more social on here now.
