   We lost our debate by one point. And I, unlike the rest of my fellow students, agree with the judges desicion. We had way better eye contact, and the other team had really quick and high tempers, but they also had way better arguments. My team also repeated a lot of information, which would really drop your points. We also brought religion up about 4 times, which is really not a good thing to bring up during a debate on cloning. And to tell you the truth, I agreed with the other side for most of it anyway so...yeah. I think my favorite opponent was the other team's health speaker. We really got into the rebutl, but we had to quit in the middle of it because our time ran out...which sucked. All-in-all, it was awsome.

I have my debate on cloning today. I think it'll be fun, and hopefully a good match. Also, I found out a few days ago that I have to write speech for graduation. It's for the National English Merit awards. And to be honest, I don't even know what they are. One of my teachers told me that she's going to tell al the speech writing people what to do on monday, so I guess I'll find out then.

EOGs are over, and they were sooo easy. And yet everyone keeps complaing about them. Also, my AIG class has a debate with the rival school on Friday. It's about cloning, and we were chosen as the oppositional side by a coin toss. My partner, Brandon, and I worked on putting together a health section. And I think our speech is pretty good. My teacher liked it even more, so I think we have a pretty good chance at this.

   READ THE POST BEFORE THIS ONE FIRST!
My sister was the house manager for her high school play (Cinderella), so she voluntered me to be an usher for the two day after I got back from my trip. I can't complain though. I always enjoy the job. I just wish I got some sort of incentive for it...like about $50 to replace my phone...anyway, I did the night show on Saturday, then the mattenee and night shows on SUnday. At the night show, well, after it actually, there was some girl that started hitting on me. I'll go and say it, she was pretty hot. But she was really weird. The first thing she said to me was "Can I have a hug?". Which is also kinda wierd because I give hugs to people all the time. Anyway, she kept and talkin about how I was her new boyfriend and everything, which wasn't very good since I already have a girl friend. And that's what I told her. However, she pretty much just said "Oh well, you're still my boyfriend." Now, as you could probably guess, I was starting to feel pretty awkward. Anyway, she kepy on hugging me and eventually ended up asking for my phone number...over and over until I finally gave it to her to get her to stop. I didn't even think of giving her a fake one at the time. So she finally ends up leaving and I go to a bench and start reading. That's when one of her friends (Who was with her the entire time), came up to me and goes:
"Why don't you go out with her?"
Me: "I told you. I have a girlfriend."
Her: "Well you should go out with her. She's a hore, so she's easy to get with."
Me: "That's nice? but I think I'll stay with my girlfriend..."

That's when she finally decides to leave me alone and start doing cartwheels through the lobby. And I go back to reading. And she leaves. Now this is why I say my life is filled with irony.

Item 2.) the girl who was hitting on me is named Brittany.
Item 3.) My best Myotaku friend is also named Brittany. Aka=EmoKunoichi91. Yeah, hey there.

Sooo yeah...I'm done now.

   I'm back.
Well, I got back last Friday night at about 8:00. The trip was amazing. I had been to the beach before, but I had never actually been on the ocean until we went on the ferry rides. We also had three girls come close to dying. We were at the beach and the waves were pretty big. Well, the girls went out farther than they should have a pretty big wave came over them. Really, they were just putting themselves in danger. They were only swept out about ten feet and weren't in danger of going out farther. It was just that they kept struggling to get up and run, which made them keep going under. The same thing actually happened to me the day before, but I knew what to do: Take a good breath before the wave hits and then just relax, let it carry you, and in my case, have fun. Then it'll just bring you in. but the girls were trying to run away which just caused the sand beneath them to erode even more and put them on a slope. Don't get me wrong, I feel bad for them and understand that they were scared, but all they had to do was use their common sense.

   We go on my eighth grade trip on Monday, so I won't be on for about a week. For more dissapointing news, I had to put my dog down yesterday. She was part chuwawa( how ever you spell it) and part pomerainian (Again, however you spell it).

So I stayed home yesterday. WAsn't feeling good. But I'm feeling better fo the most part, so I'm back at school. Joy. Well, I've only got four school days and then Saturday and Sunday before I go on my eighth grade trip. I guess I should start packing...I wish I hqd a lap top so I could get on the internet whin I'm on road tripish things. Oh well, it's nice to dream. Oh, and I'm pretty sure I'm off groundation now. Sooo bye.
