Being grounded doesn't suck as bad as I thought it would. I'm only grounded until I get my room clean, which shouldn't take that long anyway. (My mom doesn't know I'm on the computer, but I don't think she'd mind that much since she knows how much I depend on it for stuff. She's not cruel so...bye.

So I lost my race yesterday, but oh well. We're going on our eighth grade trip soon. First we go to Raleigh, then on to the outer banks. I live in the mountains of NC, so it's about a 9 hour drive on a bus. We're allowed to stay with three other friends at each of the hotels. And it's a five day trip. So, with gas for the bus and money for the rooms, the entire trip cost $420. That I know is gonnabe fun.

soooo...
So I have my second track meet today. Hopefully I'll do better than I did last time. Now I have a question for anyone who watches Death Note. I just started a couple of weeks ago, and I get most of it. But going by last weeks episode, I can't tell if Light's good, evil, or neutral. So which is he?

And I got my report card yesterday. I wasn't too thrilled. Overall I went down 23 points. What sucks is that I would be making a high A-average in every class if they only counted tests. I just need to do the homework more. Anyway, here are my grades:
Pre-al=80 (-5 from last)
science=89 (-1 from last)
social studies= 77 (Just started)
Language arts/english= 80 (-17 points from last T.T)

So I guess I just need to work on homework for now. Oh, but we did some high school registration yesterday. I have honors english, algebra 1 semester, honors earth science and world history for main Courses.

debate time.
Alright, so my science class has been doing biology. We've been doing things like virusees, bacteria, disease and many other things. But anyway,My teacher and I got into a peaceful debate.She said that the fact that when a child has lice, he/she must be sent home right away, but a child with aids doesn't legally have to tell anybody. She says that she doesn't want her kids going to go with a kid who has aids just in case something happens. I said that it's not fair to keep the kid with aids out of school. It's not like you can get it just by touching the other person, and lice goes away, so you could come back to school the very next day. There isn't a cure for aids, so they'd never be able to come back. And with all the jokes made about aids, not very many people would want to come out and let everybody know. So what I want to know is: WHAT'S YOUR OPINION? AND PLZ GIVE A REASON.
