Meh.

Nuttin much happening, except that I have just contracted a cold. =_= And mid-term exams begin next Tuesday. *dies* I'm not too confident in myself because ever since this school year started, I have been doing terrible on tests and quizzes. u_u; It's just so hard to remember all the stuff that is taught, especially for Math and Chemistry.

Anyway, I'm trying to fix up the colours on this site, so it may look a little silly at the moment with the earty-gray colours... I just can't decide on what colours to use. X_x And I am also working on a fanart of Lust from Fullmetal Alchemist. XD I hope it turns out decently, for my sanity. XDD; Last weekend, I finally got all the materials for my Riza Hawkeye (FMA) cosplay; now I just have to get myself (somehow) to the seamstress to take my measurements and get started on the costume. D= I'm hoping that my mom or dad will take me tomorrow because I don't want to miss school to go because I have all ready missed one day. DX

And, that's basically it. =\

A day or two ago, I finally got around to watching a couple D. Gray-Man episodes! *squee* I only watched 2 episodes because the the third one had a very bad quality when it came to the subtitles. Dx Pooey.


Anyway, hence the new inspiration I have for making a layout and avatar for this site, so it will match my LiveJournal! xD I also attended AEGIS (an anime club that my sister is a member of.) club meeting this weekened and it was a Hallowe'en themed night. xD There was a few people and most of them dressed up, including myself. x3 I made a half-assed costume of Ed Elric, but the best part of the costume was my coat. <3 It was black though, so I had to make the symbol red. =D Most of the peeps there cosplayed character, mostly Final Fantasy, to be exact.

This is Elizabeth, she is cosplaying Goury from Slayers. She's the cosplay-queen of AEGIS. =D


My sister, Ashton and Tara, who have cleverly dressed up as Sims. *Laughs* Very clever, guys!

And for me, as Ed Elric. u__u; I bought a blond wig but it didn' turn out the way I wanted to so I just braided my hair. But it was windy, so my hair was quickly ruined.


The symbol on back of my coat was made out of felt, and I put that part on the coat when my sister was disecting plants in biology. *_*

Like Whoa! 0_o;

I don't have much to update except that I submitted my first wallpaper last night. x3

Click Here! It is a wallpaper that includes Roy Mustang and Riza Hawkeye from the anime Fullmetal Alchemist. ^_^ To spruce up the background, I used the "Alchemy" Brush, which I downloaded from V Brush.

I was surprised when I checked on it when I got home from school! 112 people downloaded it! And I am more surprised that it is on the Today's Featured Wallpapers block, which is on the main page for MyO wallpapers. xD It may not be a big deal to some, but this is extremely new for me. XD

Anyway, not much is happening, except that I am thinking of cosplaying another character at Animaritimes in February. Aside from my Riza Hawkeye costume, I'm thinking of going as L from Death Note. He looks terribly easy to cosplay, but at the same time looks like a blast. I know of a couple others who are cosplaying him at that con, but I think they are doing it on a different day than I have planned. x3

So yeah, that's all for now. X_x

I wish I had more things to do so that I could talk about things that are interesting. u__u;;

Yeah...

There's not much happening but I thought I'd post just because I haven't posted in a couple days..

I made an 100x100 avatar of Riza Hawkeye, from Fullmetal Alchemist earlier. x3 I won't upload it because it would totally clash with my site's current colours. Unless I tweak the colours of the avi to be purple-ish...

Oh! Speaking of Hawkeye, I have finally found an anime con that actually is close to me! Well, closer than Anime North, which is in Toronto, Ontario. It's in Moncton, New Brunswick! It's called Animaritime! It's not as big as other cons and I'm not sure if there are any big-time anime people that go there either. Nevertheless, it's a con!! XD

My parents are actually considering on taking me! I have asked to go for my birthday because my birthday is on the 16th of February, and the con is a week after. x3 Also, for christmas, I have asked that if I could have a cosplay costume made for me. ^_^ I want to cosplay Hawkeye so bad! T^T xD

She's my hero! xD And yes, she was sort of the inspiration for my alias, Riizah Pen. Just to clarify all of you, I will elaborate on the origin of my name...

Rii - My actual nickname in real-life.
The 'Z' - My favorite letter. XD Aside, from 'X.'
The 'A' - Last letter of my true name.
The 'H' - First letter of my surname.

That hook is used to pull your brain out! 0_o; ..... And manga-blues.

*cough* Sorry, I'm on a total Egyptology binge.

When mummifying the big-wigs of Egypt, the embalmers used a weird hook to pull your brain out through your nose! I bet that would tickle if they did that to someone alive. XD Also, your stomach, liver, intestines and lungs are taken out as well and placed in four special jars that represent the sons of Horus, an Egyptian God. *gasp*

Anyway, I better stop talking for I short circut. .___. I truly have not a life.

I've been having a lot of troubles with my manga, Silent Screams. I can't seem to bring myself work on the script. I am losing interest in it, which isn't a good thing. Having a short attention span, as well as having an unproductive imagination is stumping me. =___=

People have been trying to help me, which is fine. But a couple friends have offered, and are writing their versions of the script for me. This kind of deflates my ego, and makes me feel incompetant. The plot isn't overly complicated, but hey, it's my first manga.

I suppose in my next entry, I could post a synopsis, as well as character sketches? And have them be critiqued by the people (one or two, if I am lucky. xD) who visit here. That sounds like a plan! I'm not posting anything right now because I am having troubles with sumarizing and what not. So yeah, it will be in my next entry. =x

Money! Money! Money! Money! MONEY!

W00t! I got 60 bucks for taking care of a neighbor's cat and dog. Most of the money was given to me because I was walking her dog, and then she paid me extra to feed the animals this weekened. Since the other caretaker of the animals went away to visit friends. So yeah, I made easy 60 bucks! Plus, another 20 dollars from the last time she got me to petsit!

Woooo---?

I added a fanart to my gallery, as well as gutted out my gallery too. Even thought there was only a couple images in it.

There isn't much going on except that I am planning to start my first novella! Yay! What is a novella, you say? Well, to be frank, a novella is a long short story. XD Around 50-100 pages.

It's not going to be anything complicated, or anything. I'm planning to do a novella trilogy, with the theme friendship, and fitting in. I know it sounds a little corny at the moment but I am developing it more, so I will shed more light on this novella project in the future. Also, this is Chemistry-insprired as well, so this should be interesting. XD

W00t?

Okay, so I have been playing with the colours of my site. But I can't decide on what colour scheme to go with.. Blarh! Too many decisions! x3

Lately, I've been in a bit of a slump, so I have decided to draw my second-ever fanart of Edward from Fullmetal Alchemist! W00t! Drawing this sketchy made me feel a lot better. x3 From now on, I will be drawing more FMA fanarts, hoping that it will make me feel even better!

Emo Edo <-- This is a temporary title for it because I kind of laughed at this pic after. x3 I'm planning to CG it, as well as colour it with colour pencils. *grin* I luv his bum! ^___________^

I'm still contemplating whether to upload this version to MyO gallery because it's a WIP and all..

Anyway, hopefully soon I will have this site back into place, and stuff. I need to jazz this site up with interactive stuff... maybe a chatbox? Polls? Any input would be great! I really would like to have input from peoples! *even though hardly people come here T^T*

   Dang... D=

Blarh, my comic is going nowhere so I have decided to take a bit of break and work on other small comics with my fellow comic-buddy, Felicity! We have created a studio! Wicked Duo Studios! XD

I haven't been drawing much, except for drawing a couple pics for a website layout.. But that's basically it.

And.. Um, I learned how people were mummified in History? XD That was an interesting class.. x3
