Heya everybody! I've just been to Neopets ...which I haven't been to in years, and what do ya know: There's A Skies of Arcadia Guild!! *does a little dance* Well, it's the Blue Rouges Guild, but its for anyone who enjoys the Video Game (DreamCast or GameCube version), Anime, Priate things, any other Video Games!
