I see you don't have any personal submissions. If you can't draw well, you might try adding an article (I read some good articles on the Otaku).
You might also want to add some posts to inform your friends if you saw something interesting on the web or on the Otaku site that you want to share, or maybe you can open a discussion by asking a question related to anime series (there is one Otaku member that always does that - usssop).
