I Believe That Pushing Your Beliefs On Someone Else Is Wrong, But Making You Adhere To This System Is Me Pushing My Beliefs On You Which... Goes Against My Beliefs? Welcome To My Inner World...
Well, I just got done writing an article review for my Personal Wellness class. Damn, I should have just gotten that class over with my first semester. Anyway, the article I reviewed was on doctors and pharmacists who are against the Pill. Here's a link to the article if you want to see what it's all about. Reading it made me feel all rage-y, mostly because there's really no way of solving the problem without someone being forced to act against their beliefs and/or having their rights threatened.
In other news, I had my own little internal battle at Borders. I'm trying to budget myself, so I only took 14 dollars with me to spend. Low and behold, I find about five things I want to buy (why does everything good always come out when I can't buy it T_T) So I had to choose. I got all the way down to Cliver Barker's "Abarat: Days of Magic, Nights of War" (kick-ass series in every way) and the first volume of the Saiyuki manga. It was a close call. Already read and beloved book vs new and unread manga. Finally I decided that the cover art for Saiyuki was just too good to pass up and I made my choice. So yeah, I got some reading to do this weekend. As well as research for my History of Non-Western Art essay T_T Oh well. I'll live ^_^

-Quote of the Day-
"Quipped a jubilant Hamilton, 'The only way it [the Constitution] could fail is if one party gained control of not just the Executive, but also the Senate and House chambers, and upon doing so, proceeded to bring in like-minded judges!!!!' And then the Framers all laughed and laughed and laughed."
