Tada!
Ok, it's Black Cat summary time. Now that I've watched the first 13 episodes, I think I have somewhat of a handle on what's going on. That show changes tone all over the place. But I like it. Random humor and whatnot. But anyway, basically, the show is about an assassin named Train Hartnet who works for an organization called Chronos whose sole purpose seems to be to efficiently take out anyone it deems to be a threat to the peace, justice, blah de blah, the usual self-righteous speal (*cough* government tools *cough*). The assassins are called Chronos Numbers and all have a tattoo of a roman numeral. Train is number 13, also called Black Cat, due to his cat-like behaviors/traits, and probably also because it'd be pretty damn unlucky to cross paths with him ^_^ He's never failed to take out his target and is known as a ruthless, cold-hearted, killer (which makes it all the funnier many an episode later when he randomly starts singing a song about milk O.o He sure does like his milk) Anywho, it turns out, that Train really does seem to have a problem with the killing (you know, deep down, past the tramatic childhood and whatnot). Then one day, he meets this random girl who's singing on the rooftop, and over time, she slowly starts to bring Train's doubts to the surface. This starts a chain reaction that leads to hesitation, soul searching, run-in's with Train's psycho partner (co-worker, associate, fellow Chronos lackey... it's never really clarified) named Creed, and generally becoming entangled with the affairs of a semi-clairvoyant Sweeper (think "bounty hunter") named Sven. But that's really all I can say, since the show takes a real drastic shift between the 6th and 7th episodes. But yeah, good show. And Creed's second outfit later on just screams cool, even though he's an evil bastard ^_^ So watch. I really can't explain any better. Here's a link to a bittorent site if anyone's interested. Oyasumi does a pretty nice job fan subbing it.
So yeah, I'm done pimping the show now ^_^ And it's off to bed for me, cause I'm sniffley and sneezy and I have to get up for work, so I'll see ya later!
P.S. Oh, I changed my avatar. Kitties! ^_^
