   The Joys Of Wasting Time...

Yes, people, I am once again putting off doing my homework. I'm not quite sure why, since it is neither hard nor unenjoyable. It's probably because this is supposed to be my freakin weekend and I don't want to spend it doing anything but sleeping ^_^

Anywho, I think I'm basically almost done redoing the site. I'm trying to decide between songs to put in the background, but that can wait for a while ^_^

Today I went on a massive errand run and ended up buying about four books from Borders. One of which is a complete collection of the works of Edgar Allen Poe, which I got for only $8 *Muwahahaha* I love cheap good books. But I kind of made up for my thriftiness by buying the third Bartimaeus Trilogy book. Bartimaeus kicks booty, and I dare anyone to defy me! Dark humor and wit shall rule the day! And Nataniel-bashing. Gotta love those smart-ass remarks at the expense of pompous dorks (hmm, I don't think I'm making sense anymore...) Anyway, I've got to go now and get back to all the stuff I've been ignoring, so I'll see ya all later ^_^

-Quote of the Day-
"'I mean, can you believe there's a whole organization of people who've just been waiting around for King Arthur to rise again?'
'No,' I said, 'Although there are worse things than being worshipped as a demigod by a bunch of people who are apparently perfectly willing to pay your college tuition.'"
-Avalon High by Meg Cabot- (Meg Cabot is a witty and humorous writer, dammit! I want to #$%$#@ing decapitate various Disney employee's for what they did to The Princess Diaries! They turned it into a makeover movie! And there is no way in HELL that Julie Andrews should have played Grandmere. I'm sorry, but psycho, chain-smoking, French-speaking, dowager princess does NOT equal freakin Mary Poppins! Of course, none of this even comes close to the travesty that is Miramax's hack-job of Ella Enchanted *hits head against wall* Since when does linguist = cheesy martial arts master! Argggg! Why can't these people just leave the books alone! People love them for a REASON! *does calming breathing exercises* Ok, rant over. Bad and/or extremely inacurate movie translations of books are one of my serious pet-peeves ^_^)
