TGIF
Submitted an old picture I drew of Alvis. It was part of a bigger pic, like my ‘Expressions of Dio’ one, but I never finished it, so I decided to submit the best part of the fanart.
It’s Friday! It doesn’t feel like it though...*sigh* I have to babysit tomorrow, from 6:00 to 10:30 at night. I’ve never really babysat before, just my cousins for about an hour, here and there. Also, I’ve never changed a diaper before, and one of the kids is not potty trained yet. One of life’s experiences I wouldn’t mind missing out on...
Oh well. Kids seem to like me. (they can push me around, that’s why) It should be alright. I’ll bring coloring books and some nice G rated videos.
I wish it would snow...I want some days off school....

The Return Of Nemo
If you had been tuned into this journal a few weeks ago, you know that a bird (given the name Nemo by yours truly) flew into my house and spent the rainy night, then flew out in the morning when it was bright and cheery. And if you did not know that, now you do.
Well, he flew back in today. I’m assuming it’s the same bird. He looked just like Nemo. At least the same type of bird, anyway. But my mom, my sister, and I managed to get it out. All day it’s been rainy and foggy- that little freeloader wanted out of the bad weather, lol. I guess he’s not aware of the two cats in my house.
I’m currently working on 3 different things in photoshop. One, a major production (for me anyway) and then two lesser things. One I want up by Christmas, since it’s a LE comic (without words, lol) that involves mistletoe. Hopefully I’ll get that finished in time.
I just took the The Political Compass test. I was really surprised by my result. I encourage you all to take it, it’s very interesting. Very, very interesting....-_-;

I'm Alive!
And with the hectic Thanksgiving I had, that’s quite an accomplishment. Won’t bore you with the details, but the only time I felt peace and happiness during my break was for 5 minutes in a second hand bookstore. That was nice. Then the couple that owned it started talking about their daughter and the art college she goes to- my stress came back, but I did learn about a college that I might have a chance of getting in to. Yay.
Submitted the one thing I did over the break: a not-that-great picture of (guess who???) Bakura. Again. Yeah, I know, you’re sick of him, but that’s what I had laying around so I decided to draw him.
My fanart I’ve been working on in photoshop is almost done...just need to decide if the background is worth keeping.
Need to study for a sociology test...Where did Thanksgiving break go?

Thanksgiving...
I don’t think I’ll be online for the rest of the week, because I’m heading up to my grandparents for Thanksgiving. It will be very unlikely that I’ll be able to visit myotaku. I might manage though. (There’s going to be much confusion going on at that house, so many ppl, maybe I’ll be able to escape unnoticed for a little bit. But probably won’t have access to a computer. I plan on hiding in a closet with a book or my sketch pad.)
I’m leaving right after school tomorrow, so I might be able to submit a fan art. If I finish it during computer graphics or study hall. ^^; I made a background, and I like it, but I think the picture looks better without it, lol. I have this tendency to draw characters standing alone, with no background, as you may have noticed.
So, goodbye for now. And I hope everyone has a wonderful holiday! (If you celebrate Thanksgiving, that is, lol).

Submitted New Mediocre Fanart
Submitted a fanart of Kagome, colored pencil. Ugg. Didn’t turn out the way I hoped. The skin color really sucks. And the hair isn’t that great either. But I like the outfit.
Almost finished the picture I’m working on in photoshop. Need to make the background, and that should be it.
There’s an article about Kagome that I read on this site. Very mean to her, lol. Maybe I should write my own article rebutting that one. Hmm. Don’t know how great a writer I am though. Will have to think on this more.

Rambles and Rantings
There was an unwelcome guest in my house Friday night. A bird flew in and wouldn’t leave. He (???) spent the night in the computer room. Then the next morning my parents left the door open for a hour and he finally flew out. I think he just wanted out of the rain, and Saturday morning was bright and dry, so that’s why it decided to take his leave. I named him Nemo.
You know how I said I had a picture I was working on in Photoshop? Well, that almost came to not, because I was working on it at school. And apparently other students were downloading music and stuff, which is contrary to the Technology Agreement we all had to sign. And all those files were taking up an awful lot of room. So Mr. C was going to wipe all files except for school related stuff. Erk. -_-;
So I tracked him down and told him about my pictures I was working on and he brought out this big binder and pointed to one line of the TA that I had conveniently overlooked concerning ANY projects that don’t have to do with school. Oops.
I told him that I had spent hours working on some of the pictures, and that I’d cry if he deleted them. Mr.C, being the big softy that he is, said he’d save them all on a CD and give that to me, and then delete my stuff. We shook on it, and that’s what’s going to happen on Monday. You know, if my dad wold just install new memory and stuff, I could install my Photoshop and I wouldn’t have to resort to using school equipment for my creative needs. Lol.
Anyway, that’s all I have to report on my various art projects....oh, yeah I received my schedule for next semester. They didn’t put me down for Ad. Studio Art. They gave me ‘Career Development’. Are they trying to tell me something? I worked it out, except I can’t take Psychology because it’s only offered during the only Studio Art period. Grr. (They changed the periods around, darn them.) So I had to flip my schedule all around, so now I’m signed up for American Law to fulfil my Social Studies credits. I have no interest in law. Psychology sounded much more interesting.

Last Exile Volume 6: Queen Delphine
Warning: Rantings, Slight Spoilers, & Emotional Outbursts Within This Post
Watched the 6th volume of LE. *sob*
*dabs at eyes* I am so sad....
Okay, you know Akito? From Fruits Basket? Well, Akito’s got nothing on Delphine. They are not even in the same category of evilness. She’s the most...arggg!!!! There’s one word that sums her up pretty well: Sadistic. In all the meanings of the word, if you want to think that through. (I suggest you don’t, since it’s pretty disturbing)
I hate her!!!!
*is picturing several very painful ways in which I wish someone would kill her*
One thing that made me happy about this DVD is that there’s the most adorable picture of Lucciola and Dio as kids on the cover of the episode guide. *sniffle*
I don’t want to give away to much...lol, not that I haven’t already...but...waaaa!!! I didn’t want anyone to die!!! I was yelling at the TV saying “don’t take it! Put it down!!” (If you haven’t seen the scene I was yelling at then what I said won’t make sense, but if you have: Weren’t you yelling too?)
And the other death...it seemed so pointless, and sad....
And I know more people are going to get killed....
The next DVD comes out on December 14th, I think. Seems so far away....someone better kill Delphine....

I Love The 19th Amendment
I voted today. Yay! The screen thing was fun...lol. I now have a sticker (sticker! I love stickers...) that says ‘I voted’. Going to put that in my locker. I hope we don’t have another recount this election....I want to know who won tomorrow morning!
I have drawn something, believe it or not. But I’m going to try to color it in Photoshop before I submit it. Heh. It will be my first major try at coloring in ps, since the doodles I’ve done don’t count. Learned some tricks from my friend Rachel, we’ll see how that turns out.

Fairy Tale Day
Today was Fairy Tale Day at school! I love seeing people in costumes, that’s probably why I love Halloween so much.
There were a lot of Fairies running around, including two boys from my class. That was entertaining. They wore skirts and sparkly tights, and had wings. The teachers made them change, telling them that their skirts were to short. Lol. There were also some Hobbits, and Luke Skywalker and a boy with just a Darth Vader mask. (Star Wars, a modern fairy tale?)
There was a Miroku, lol. Which works, “Inuyasha A Feudal Fairy Tale”. People kept asking him if he was Jesus. Which is just wrong in so many ways.
There were only two jesters: moi, and one other (in my opinion my hat was niftier).
So, today was more entertaining then most. I wish we could dress up more often, lol, it makes life much more interesting.
Tomorrow is Clash Day. But my school has outlawed jeans and skirts for tomorrow (don’t ask) so the only thing I can wear for pants would be my plaid PJ bottoms. Lol, I know that some girls are going to wear skirts, but have their pajama bottoms on underneath. I wonder how the teachers will react. Mwahaha.
Haven’t drawn anything, because I can’t organize my time efficiently. Sadness. But maybe I’ll have another doodle up soon. Maybe.
