I Looove My College...Just Not at the Moment
Whew. Html hates me. -_- Put up another fan button (made by me, which is why it’s crap) with a link to scans of my new obsession: Death Note. Loving this manga. On chap 42 at the moment. It’s really cool, if you want to start reading another manga and have some time on your hands, check it out. And I took down the site buttons. Just because. Meh. Some more fan art is up, btw.
Yesterday was my first college field trip. It sucked. We went to Washington DC and nearly drowned- we had to walk from museum to museum in the down pour. I really can’t begin to tell you how wet I was. My hoodie was still wet after the 4 hours it took for me to get back to my apartment. Btw, 4 hours on a bus, (2 spent in traffic, because the genius who thought out this trip decided we should leave during rush hour) wet, with other wet and miserable college students is not fun. I don’t recommend it.
We were supposed to go to New York, but with the terrorist threat they changed it last minute and most of my classmates didn’t learn this till 6:00 AM when they got to the school. Because we didn’t go to NY I couldn’t do the Photography project that we’re supposed to start by picking a photograph that was in a collection only at the MOMA. And there weren’t any photographs in the one art museum I made it too. And I wasn’t going to walk to ever frickin’ museum looking for one in that rain. I kept expecting to see the Ark float past. So now I’m worried about that project, because my teacher is...strict...
Arg. I should be finishing writing a speech for W&O Comm., or writing an essay for Western Art...or my other photography hw...sigh. I think instead I’ll go back to reading Death Note...
