   OH EM JEE!!!!!!!!!
On Friday, I slept over at my friend Becca's house. While there, from 5 PM to 1 AM, there was an Anime Fest down at the Atomic Comics close to her house. Of course, being the TOTAL Otakus we are, we went.

And let me tell you,

It was totally frickin' AWESOME!!!!!!!

Okay, first we had to put our bags behing the counter, 'cause they were to big and looked suspicious. So, then, towards the back of the store, there's a big TV sitting on top of barrels. That night, it played (pretty much) NONSTOP anime (we saw Naruto, Tsubasa, and..... somethin' else, I think...) and JRock/JPop/JRap ( UGH! >< ) videos!! Which was frickin' COOL, 'cause Becca and I saw...

HYDE!!!!!!!!

AAAAHHH! ::fan girl scream/squeal:: ^_____^ It was a LIVE concert! He played songs from his albums "666" and "Roentgen"! And what was REALLY awesome is that he played his GUITAR!!!! AAAH! He was SOOOOOOOOO sexy up there! Becca and I screamed, squealed.. and basically, 'fangirl-ed' SOO much that we got stared at! But of course, we didn't care! (It was on the TV, just to clarify: not ACTUALLY LIVE.)

So there was, like, an hour, more or less, of HYDE and then we saw some Move (so we think: we're not quite sure), a Gackt video (He was SOO cute at the end! He pulled a tablecloth offa table without knocking off the sliverware, plate, and wine glass! ^_^ Then he bowed and was like, 'Yes, I'm the best, I know' -or so Becca says- and then he sneezed and shook his head, which was UBER cute! ^w^), and some other peoples. >>; ^^

There were games, too. Becca played in a game called "Music Mayhem"; where a team of 3 guess the songs that they play. Becca got her team all their points: 60! So, for that, she got a $17 GLAY CD, free! Then, there was a raffle every half hour or so, and Becca and I got tickets from our friend who left before it started, and I won a "Rave Master" manga, vol. 3: $10, free! ^^d

There was an awesome display of cosplay, too! The ones I liked the best were a girl as Haku from Naruto, a guitartist who went as Ansem from Kingdom Hearts, (I think), and he played some cool guitar!! ^_^ Also, the two Dantes: one started to strip (0_o), the other lifted up part of his costume, and on the flipside of the black fabric was radishes, veggies and blue and pink! He said that "Dante's a pansy!" ^^ And a girl who dressed as HYDE, from Laruku's (L'Arc~en~Ciel's) album, "SMILE", a girl dressed as Lenne or Rinoa (one of the two) from Final Fantasy and sang one of the songs her character sang in the game (apparently), a girl dressed as Kouga from InuYasha, and The Two Eds from FullMetal Alchemist. One had a braid and automail arm, the other went up there, fell to his kness and held up his hands, saying to the ceiling, "POR QUUUEEEEEE?!!!" Then he got up and posed really stupidly: but funny! ^___^ XD He was funny. Also a Faust from Shaman King, a Syaoran (Li) from Card Captor Sakura, a Momiji from FruBa (Fruits Basket) who sang the cute little song he sang in the anime (apparently) and a friggin' HUGE arse Moogle!!! It did a cute little dance and it was SO funny and kawaii!

At the end of the raffle, they turned it into an auction!! People auctioned themselves off as slaves, starting at a penny. It was CRAZY!!!

So, overall, the Anime Fest was totally frickin' AWESOME!! ^___^ And on Monday, methinks, they gonna housed

PUFFY (AMI YUMI)!!!!!!

I probably can't go, but that's an honor for Arizona, to host someone as HUGE as them! That's so cool!
