A Lover's Pain
Whe the sun begins to set,
And the stars start to shine,
I pick a new one each night,
And wish that you were mine.
Each time I look into the distance,
Tears fill within my eyes,
Because when I don't see you,
A small part of me dies.
Everytime I close my eyes,
And I begin to dream,
We are finnaly together!
Or so it would seem.
When I awake from my dream,
And you are not by my side,
The happiness once within me,
That happiness has died.
I now sit here all alone,
With tears streaming down my face,
There is no sign of you,
Not a one, not a trace.
I wish with all my heart,
I wish this was the day,
I wish that you would come,
And take me away.
This love will not be broken,
My feelings for you are too strong.
I hope you are ment for me,
And that I am not wrong.
