Challenge/Request: Stargate Atlantis

Colonel Sheppard during a mission against Wraith or Genii get capture while covering for his men¡¦s escape. The capturers keep Sheppard as their prisoner/sex slave, lots of non-con, torture¡Ketc¡K

Finally either the capturers get bored and release him or Weir mounts a rescue mission and he¡¦s saved. When he returns Atlantis he is broken man, but with help of either Beckett, McKay, or Ronon (no hetero coupling), Sheppard slowly gets back to his old self.

Not many rules: no hetero Sheppard pairings (alright to have hetero on the side, but not main) and no character death (though attempted suicide is allowed and minor characters may be killed off).

I know not challenging, but please try(^_^)
