Out-Take from ¡¥Lost Boys¡¦ and ¡¥The Hive¡¦
Lots of Sheppard angst, while trying to comfort either McKay/Ford/Ronon. The enzyme kicks in, bringing out their animalistic desires and they rape Sheppard. Than they go on the mission to the Wraith Hive ship, come to Atlantis and during the post-mission checkup Beckett finds out evidence of rape, which he confronts Sheppard with.
Sheppard either denies it happens or claims whoever raped him was under the influence of the enzyme, so not to blame. Begs Beckett, not to Weir¡Ketc¡K
