A last minute rant

Its not often that I rant (to people other than myself that is, or maybe my dear friend The Azure Sky...yeah he has to put up with that a lot...good thing he has a big heart and steel ears to take all that).
Anyhow...is it just me or the new Otaku is needlessly complicated, I find it very clumsy and slow compared to the usual interface (meaning this page format); they claim to be "surgically severing" The Otaku from My Otaku but I must say, they are making one sloppy job (maybe they have dull scalpels...)

Gaining Ground

I'm rather happy I must say, I feel I am slowly recovering the vacant space I left within the community. I managed to find important people within Theotaku that I had lost contact with (you know who you are) and also I'm making new friends and getting art requests often; lets hope my restablishment as a proeminent figure but above all as a good friend, keeps itself in motion.

An explanatory post

The headline says explanatory yes, but I believe it should begin with an apology; I left the community with an apology, and now I return with one, hoping to be heard; obviously I'm referring to the kind people that always followed my work closely giving me advice and encouragement (you know who you are). To sum it up I had aspects of my life that needed to be sorted out, concerning my own mental balance and my sense of being, as well as emotional structure - I felt I could not concentrate enough on developing my digital art before those issues were fully sorted and slated clean; I underwent many ups and downs in this insane state called life, but I return now better than I was when I left; in all, I hope that those among you that held me in high regard (again, you know who you are) haven't let go of that sentment in my absence; you people are important and in every single piece I create, there are pieces of you.

The satisfied - The desireless

Not greedy by nature, the Satisfied knows of what they have achieved and earned, and feels content with that. Materialistic impulses happen rarely, if ever, and they don't value possessions and trends nearly as much as most do. The Satisfied usually have a calm personality and tend to be full of care, whether they are open with it or not. Of course they can be selfish, but their selfless nature proceeds that by far.
Downsides are that the Satisfied may be taken advantage of, in the likes of favours per se. It is in their nature to help, and they can be big push-overs when it's about injustice towards themselves. Also, since they don't want to bother their peers and close ones, they keep most of their problems inside. If this builds up they may start to suffer in silence, a completely unnecessary act.
Because they have a hard time to say no, and since people may use them, with time the Satisfied could grow hateful and distrusting. However, it appears now, that they are not. They reckon that some people are bad news and stay away from them. They stay with their own group of trusted people instead. As the Satisfied's name implies, they don't seem to have any dreams or goals. That is a perception not quite true. As any other human being, they do have them. But the difference is, that the Satisfied are content with their life even if the dream would not come true.
