Sweet Jumping Jellyfish!

For all those that picked up Zelda:Minish Cap, you might recognise the title. Well Minish Cap was released some time this/last week so i thought IOd d'l the ROM, ok i know its the cheap-ass way of doing it, but i dont have a GBA yet, dont worry Ill pick up the actual game at some point, anyway, the game was released FIRST in the UK/Europe, not America or Japan for once!! That happens to be suprising as it doesent usually happen. Anyway the game is absolutely brilliant, A mixture between the Wind Waker and Link to the Past, the game captures some of the greatest aspects of previous Zeldas, but also brings in new greatness. Well enough of my terrible excuse of a review and on with my life... thats about it...seriously...all Ive been doing is playing Star Ocean:Til the End of time...you can go now...its over.

and in the end, it boils down to....everything.

The weekend went fairly well I suppose, I amused my sister for about an hour, and got a person I dont even know in trouble over MSN due to my random buttom mashing. the event on saturday night 's the only thing worth mentioning, even though not alot happened. Well anyway, there was a race night going on over a club which is situated opposite my dads house (when I say club I mean social club/Public house), anyway it was a fund-raising event for the local football team, Crofton Wonderers; Well I dunno how much they raised but there were a decent amount of people so they must of done Ok, anyway, I just hung around with some friends the whole not goign back and forth between my house and the club as I was dying of boredom, In the end nothing actually happened, my mate stayed over (6th saturday night in a row) but for once we didnt stay up til 3 in the morning, we just went to bed when we got in. Today had nothing to keep me busy so theres no need to write any more, yay, as my hands getting a cramp.

Well I finished Halo 2. I only played it on normal, you may think "what the?! You only got it this morning!" but hey, I played it 9 hours straight, The nergy sword has to be the greatest addition, that could only be me, but I love the swords, screw guns when you can kill most things in 1/2 hits from it. The Warthog has improved some as well, much easier to control and the powerslide is cool, for point break turns. Johnsons' back, I love the marine humour in the game, dunno why but its cool. Anyway, thats it, I might get back to playing it on Heroic or summin.

Got Halo 2, been playing all morning. For those who havent got the omeny to get it, man it rocks, the energy swords are sweet and dual hand weapons is class, and being able to use a covenant elite? Man it rules. Anyway, no time to chat, gotta get back to playing.

Reunion Tour

I dont usually do two posts in one day but where Im so bored, and didnt click 'modify posts' Im just gonna write a new one lol Well there was a fair amount of hype over the Viewtiful Joe anime that was released, so i thought I'd check it out, well since only one fansub that Ive seen is doing it, I went to their site to check it out, for some reason the first episode was down so i thought "cant be much in onw that Id need to know to understand two" So I D/L'ed it. Well, It sucked. theres only 1 other anime that uses that animation that I can stand and thats bo~bo bo~bo bo...or something like that. Anyway, I thought the anime was awfully dull, the fight scene was pretty bland and the humour wasnt exactly funny, this could be me being harsh, but from the episode that I saw it doesnt leave me wanting more, I think Viewtiful Joe fans may be dissapointed. But Its early days yet, will have to wait and see if it gets better.

Flawless Cowboy

All I can say Is......wow. Yesterday (that being Tuesday) Halo 2 was released In America. It made over $100 Million, thats right on its first day. *cries* It makes mw want mine even more, Its not released til tomorrow over here so lets hope it hurries the hell up, good thing (here it comes again) I got mine pre-ordered so I'll get it at the crack of dawn.

AI Constructs and Cyborgs First

Yep Ive been playing Halo. Why? Well because Halo 2's arrival is immenant (2 days) and I need to get my Halo skills back up, So Ive been playing it on Heroic and Legendary making sure none of them stupid-ass marines get killed during the missions, Which, May I add, is damn difficult as they're completely brain-dead. Grrr. Anyway After I finished writing this post I plan on watching Ghost In the Shell Movie 2, I D/L'ed it yesterday but didnt get round to watching it, now I ahve time though 8) Other than that, just been checking up on some games I might get: Lord of the Rinsg :the 3rd Age; Resident Evil 4; Paper Mario 2; Tales of Symphonia; And one that Im definitely gonna get but since its not out til March, Its gonna have to wait; Star Wars:Republic Commando That game looks awesome, O dont forget to check out strwars.com for the star wars episode III trailer, its looking good.

Does sanctuary work?!

Well today went pretty slowly, since Ive more or less lost my job I dont do anything at all, to put it in so many words....Im a bum. Anyway I didnt get up til like 2 in the afternoon and just lazed about the house all day, I went on the net a bit and played some Halo. I finally got past the damn elites blocking the bridge on "the Maw" level, as it was on legendary mode it was pretty hard, none the less I was able to that but got bored so stopped playing. Speaking of Halo, I pre-orded Halo 2 today with an Xbox controller so I can do co-op mode. lol forgot to mention the main reason I was playing Halo, well on the second level of the game where you crash in your pod and find the survievers, the first batch of survivers you come across has a rather amusing game you can play in the area, what you do is kill off all the enemies in site to make the dropship appear with the warthog, jump in and pick up a marine and drive up near the edge of the building which the marines were pinned in, make the warthog face the building and wait for the blue beam to shoot, after it has shot, chuck a plasma grenade under the warthog and once it explodes the marine will fly out the warthog and hopefully be shot up by the beam and just fly off somewhere, Its so much fun torturing them lol Anyway thats it.

I did attempt to update yesterday but the electric cut out before I got to post it, I just couldnt be bothered to rewrite what I had written. Anyway nothing happened yesterday, except I watched 19 episodes of Cowboy bebop, I have way too much free time on my hands. And its a brill anime, If you havent seen it then do. Today I finished reading the first halo book "the Fall of Reach" and I must say it brings a few questions about the game, since its an officialt tie-in its aloud 8) Anyway at the beinning of Halo, it tells you that your the last surviving Spartan, however at the end of the first book (which is the prequel to Halo the game) another Spartan (named Linda) Idnt actually killed but badly wounded, anyway only a little nit pick. Thats its for now.
