| Well today was cool.
i finally saw the Return of the King movie, my friend rented it out on DVD so I went to his house to watch it.
Its my fav of the movies, but obviously it would as i love alot of action and the film is packed with it.
Although it doesnt last as long as I thought it would, when Sam Wise and Shelob go at it i think that is probably my fav part of the film, I love how Sam no matter how much Frodo gives him stick, he always comes back to save him, he is no doubt the true hero of LotRs, no matter what anyone says ^-^
Well after i film England played Japan at the City of Manchester stadium this eveing which kicked off at around 7:45pm (football btw). Me being nglish obviously was backing England to win but it finished as a draw.
The first part of the first half was all England,constantly attacking causing problems for the Japanese defence and on 22 minuted Steven Gerrard fired a shot from about 20 yards out which ricoceted(sp?) off of the keeper and into the path of Micheal Owen and without a doubt he put it in the back of the net.
the rest of the first half Japan gained confidence but wasnt able to level.
The second half however was all Japan, im not sure of the time but a beatifully constructed move was finished off with a sweet goal by Shinji Ono, that was the last goal of the game.
Well overall it was a good game although i was dissapointed that England didnt win, which we should of.
